Personal Houses Update

Hey guys,
i'm in the middle of doing the personal houses update, and i'd appreciate your help!

What i'm doing is making some generic house types, apartments, houses, all that jazz, and i'm making them appropriately priced. If you'd like to help, that'd be awesome. What i need is a description of the house type, a few pictures, preferably matching (So no classic villas with mega modern loungerooms) and then a suitable price for it (In sickles, keep in mind we're rewarding activity here.

So, i think it's fairly straightforward, oh, and one thing.

If you suggest it, and it's accepted, i'll be giving you 500 sickles

So, any questions, ask them here, and any suggestions, post them here, and i might use them!

Oh, and if you see someone else has done a similar type of house, do something different, i don't want 648739246 apartment types

Well, I’m not sure how you feel about apartment complexes, but I think it is a good idea considering how many younger characters have apartments, or live in a large house that anyone in RL their age would never be able to afford. Any of the fallowing would work as pictures for the apartments, without being too small or tasteless:

Affordable living, good for shared accommodation
Investment property
Renovator's dream!

-long entryway usually ends in living room & kitchen
-3 - 4 bedrooms
- upstairs and downstairs bathrooms
- modest backyard

nb. terrace houses are often renovated on the inside only so as to maintain the unity of the front facade.
