Andrew nodded again, not wanting to go into the further details of money. Frankly, he just wanted to enjoy the time with his friend and...colleague. That was the best way, in Andrew's mind, to describe Nick. He toke another glance back towards where Nick had been sleeping, another wave of irritation going through him. He sighed again, thinking that it was unhealthy to see Nick that way. Sure he had nearly tried to kill Andrew on several occasions, but he had also tried to help Andrew find Nerissa...but at the end of the day, he had thrown Andrew off his broom, nearly killing him. Now he just wanted to leave.
He felt himself being tugged on the hand however, feeling himself being dragged out into the elevator and out into the blazing sun again. He scratched the back of his neck, a usual sign for him that he was thinking. "Umm..." he said in a thoughtful tone "maybe we should head swimming first, then we can go to dinner or something. So that way we can prepare for later on...if Nick is even awake at that point." He grabbed onto Mari's hand and pulled her down to the street area, standing next to her on the sidewalk. Okay, now he needed a way to hail a taxi. He waited a minute before another yellow cab turned around the corner and drove down the street they were on. Andrew lifted up his hand, holding out his thumb in some sort of a hitchhiker way and whistled loudly. The cab turned on a dime, stopping in front of the two teens. "After you," he said to Mari, opening the door to the backseat.
