Well since he is a soul fragment that was trapped in a horcrux. that would technically make him in some sense a spirit (since theres no other name for a soul without a body) he could appear as anyone he wanted to he could be there in secret? kinda?. Ok Jess you need to actually read what a horcrux does.


The purpose of a Horcrux is to protect the given bit of soul from anything that might happen to the body of the person to whom the soul belongs. While the Horcrux is kept safe, the person will continue to exist even if his or her body is damaged or destroyed.


So while Ne'Os's body died he himself didn't so in that respect I can move around just as a spirit would.

As far as i can remember Voldemort that had a horcrux inside him (1st book/movie) had to be on someone else's backhead because he was too weak to live on his own so you would actually have to do the same with some member of the site that's crazy enough to give you their permission (oh and btw Voldemort STILL had something he could call body while you're a spirit). And most important you are NOT Lord Voldemort! It's too complicated to let you go (if you really want to be there make another account) how simple is that?
