Girls will be Girls

Emma and Chana skiped down to the lake their packs on their backs. they both wore pink tank tops with darker pink skirts and let their long blonde hair flow down their backs. they said near the water and giggled as they scretly talked about the guys that were around them.

What a lovely day! The sun was out, and made Sasha's hair shine like gold. She took off her hat and looked around. A lot of people were outside because it was so nice out. Fixing her bag on her shoulder, she started down to the lake and glanced around. A few cute guys were sitting by the lake. But all of them had girls next to them. What a waste.. they weren't even pretty girls. Sasha decided that she wouldn't focus on guys today. She would have a nice girl day, all by herself. Seeing as her friends were stupid and couldn't do homework on time, leaving her all alone when they had a stack of homework, and she had none.

Sighing, Sasha glanced around and saw two girls on the grass near her. Deciding 'what the heck, she could do with some new friends' she wandered over to them. "Hey, anyone sitting here?" She asked pointing to the rock next to one of the girls. Were they twins? Or just sisters.. they sure looked enough alike.. they could easily be twins. But she didn't know. Sitting down anyway, without waiting for a response she looked at the two and smiled slightly. "Sasha Andrews.." She said and stuck her hand out, attempting to shake their hands.

"She's Emma." Chana said "and she's Chana." Emma said and then the girls laughed. and fliped her hair over their sholders. they hadn't hurd any thing about his girl so they were not sure what type of family she came from but she seemed okay.

Sasha smiled at the two girls. Obviously twins, she could see that in the way they talked. One spoke for the other. She had a feeling she had seen them around somewhere before. Possibly at school, who knew. Smiling at the girls she bowed her head to them. "It's nice to meet you Emma and Chana!" She said smiling at them both. "Er.. 5th year Gryffindor.. and you?" She asked, not sure which one to look at, simply cause they both looked at her the same way, at the same time.

Taking in a deep breath Chase looked around. "It sure is beautiful out today isn't it?" She asked smiling at them and then looking back at the water. "Sun shining.. the water sparkling.. yeah.. Hogwarts is the best when you don't have any homework." She said grinning at the twins before feeling a small blush creep into her face. Was she talking to much? She was just trying to make casual conversation, seeing as these girls weren't saying much.

" Fourth Year Ravenclaws." they said seeing a little muggle born hufflepuff triping and laughing. " it so is and there is some nice things to look at besides the sun and the water." emma said waveing at one of the boys who was ignoring the girl he was with to wave at the group of girls.

Sasha frowned slightly when the girls laughed at a Hufflepuff who tripped. That wasn't very nice.. poor girl looked like she was about to cry, but who was Sasha to help her.. she didn't even know the girl. Looking back at the twins she smiled lightly and then waved at the boy they were waving to. She felt a small blush creep onto her face. Boy, he was cute, but of course, there was a girl next to him. And when she saw he wasn't paying attention to her, her eyes shot daggers at the three girls sitting. Sasha had to keep back a giggle, as she looked away from the couple.

"Do you ALWAYS try to break up couples?" She asked smiling. The two girls were pretty enough to leave any guy tripping over themselves in the hallway with just a SMILE from one of them. It was a hard art to perfect, but Sasha was getting better at it.. a flick of the eyes in their direction, standing in a crowd of girls, books to her chest, she'd glance over at the guy, and catch his eye. He'd trip, and run into some HUGE Slytherin in front of him.. last she would hear was his muttered apologies and the grunts of the Slytherin. It was pretty funny.

"we don't try to." Emma said. "We just show that we know that they are looking at us. We let them know we know they are there. well unless they are muggle borns or half bloods. who can stand those little mud bloods?" she said
"yeah. they aren't like the rest of us." chana added
