Miseria gasped again in a surprise. Then she felt wall at her bag and looked at him. That was truly impressive, but she couldn't. It was fear what was making her hands shake and she couldn't even turn her look away from the dark eyes.
"What about if I use Sectumsempra on you and watch how you bleed till the end will come?" she asked quietly, trying to push him away. Yes, she probably looked like a muggle. Who else would dress like she did? All black, all covered in chains and with the blue hair? Probably no one from wizards.

He still smiled as he spoke "then i would have no choice but to use Avada Kedavra with my dieing breath and welcome death as a relese from this sick and twisted world " he said tigtening his grip on her arms "but you'd like to try wouldn't you" he said moving back at arms length before he let her go bowing to her "then try if you might" he wand apearing in his hand with out him saying a word or spell.

Miseria held her breathe until he finally let her go. She could still feel the pain in her hand where he held his strong grip while refusing of letting her go.
When he stepped away and spoke, she tryed to breathe again, but it was painful. What did she got herself into now? God, where was Jason where she needed someone to help her? When the wand appeared into his hands, she tryed not to stare and took hers out. Her hands didn't shake anymore but she didn't want to attack first.

Chester stood waiting wand resting across his arm as he waited he never started the fight but always ended it but for her he might make the eception since she had made the man remark earlyer , it stuck in his mind like a broken record, inside he grew more and more angry at her but on the out side he kept his cool tapping his wand against his arm "whats the matter are you... scared" he said grinning once more as he could see her shaking where she stood.

Miseria scowled. Then she looked away, trying to figure out how she'd escape from him. Damn this stupid Death eater! Doesn't he have anyting better to do? When she heard the question, she rolled her eyes and looked back at him. "No," she said quietly. And at the same time, she felt this way. Maybe it was the adrenaline what made her act this way. Start lying and then just... be. She was still holding her wand, pointing with it at him. But she won't start the attack first. Whatever he really wanted, she didn't feel herself like a someone who seriously would love to risk. Besides, both of them were in London. People would hear. But there was one little point as well. No one would blame her because of using the magic. He was adult, graduate. Not a muggle. She could use magic when he was around. Even if it was for the self protection or attack.

Chester smiled hearing her awnser , but walked forward till he stood in front of her his eyes looking in to hers "so ... whats stopping you little miss" he said softly grinning "do you want a reason?" he said moving his face closer to her. with one quick satisfying movement he forcibly kissed her his lips pressed tight against hers. Then laughing he steped back, his wand at the ready for her reaction. "did you likie that" he said his voice giving a slight chuckle as he spoke.

Miseria couldn't even scream when he came closer. Holding her breath again, she pushed him away and slapped him straight into the face. For a moment that would be enough just to skip away from him and make some distance between them. And so she did. She stepped away for some meters. "Why do all Death Eaters have to be damn stupid perverts?" she asked, wiping her lips clean. That was disgusting! "Fine, you want me to start? Stupify!" she said quicly. Though, there was no way for her to win this... what ever this would be at the end, she just wanted to get out of this street.

Chester laughed as he dodged her stupify turning to face her he sent "Confundo" at her he wasn' intending to hurt her just to play with her like a cat does with a mouse before the strike but he would not strike yet but play more till he could take advantage of her his way but for now he liked this game.

Miseria managed to put the shiled infront of her. She looked around, thinking where to back up. It probably would be stupid to run away. He was graduate and he could just appearate infront of her.
She slowly started backing up. Why did she even got into this mess? Why didn't she just play at the beginning that she was a muggle? He'd just kill her and that was all. No one would even try to figure out who did it! But with that easy spell, she realized that he was just playing. If he would like, he'd just kill her in no time.
"Mobilicorpus!" she whispered in a panic. Maybe with that she could just kick him out of the road?

Chester felt her lift him off the ground but he was not scared pointing his wand at hers he spoke softly as if he had cast it all his life "Expelliarmus" waiting for the fall back to the solid ground again whre he could dive and grasp her wand.
