Round 2: Duel 2

This is a one on one duel. The more realistic you are, the better. If you take long to post, points will be docked off.

Begin.

Keith stepped onto the dueling....court? Field? Thingamajig, grinning nervously. He can't believe he had made it to the second round, and all things considered, he was fairly terrified and not at all hopeful of his chances to move forward a second time. He no longer had a 7th year to back him up now,it would just be him against a highly competent 3rd year...which he was not excited about.

Oh well. He could always cheat.

Bane tentativly stepped into the arena. His calf was taped from where Benjamin's spell had burned it. He held his wand at the ready. There would bed no need for introductions this time, too much resided on this duel, there was no time tp make friends, there would be time afterwords for that. His footsteps echoed around the arena, and then, his eye flickered.

"STUPEFY." he yelled, at the first sign of keith. He would not hold back because of the boy's age, he had gotten this far because of his skill, he could not aford to underestimate his opponent.

Stupefy- stuns an opponent

Keith watched Bane's walk to the stage intently. If he had a chance at winning then he needed to be quicker, tougher, and above all, smarter. Bane wasn't going to take it easy on him, and the opening Stupefy was a perfect testament to that. "Aw crap!" Keith muttered, rolling to the side and popping up again. His fingers found the hilt of his wand, and in one smooth motion he yanked it from his belt and pointed it at Bane. "Expelliarmus!" He shouted, aiming for the older boy's wand. He cut to the left, then suddenly reversed direction and dove, just in case Bane could throw any nasty nonverbal spells at him. Keith knew he had to end this fast if he wanted to pull out a victory.
