What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. This is Sammy if anyone didn't know. I have been wanting to learn how to make my own signitures. I just don't know where to start. I don't know how to do any of it. I need alot of help. If someone could help me that would be wonderful. Thanks.

Well, if you need some help, I may be able to provide some info.

First of all, it's spelled signatures, just for future reference.

Second of all, you're gonna have to have a graphics tool, like GIMP, or Paint or Photoshop.

I can help you if you have paint or GIMP, but I'm not much use when it comes to Photoshop. So what do you use?

Paint is no good really. You can get GIMP which is awesome! and you can youtube awesome tuts!

I have Paint.net, if that is what you guys are talking about. Other than that I have no idea what anything for signitures is. I need alot of help and thanks for helping me. I might get GIMP as well. What do I do after having Paint.net and GIMP?

Alright I'm getting the idea of making the signitures now, but I'm having a hard time understanding how to get a picture of taylor swift without a background in the picture. I can get a background, I can put more than one picture on the background. But the background from the picture itself is messing up the first background. I'm using Gimp by the way. I try to cut her out, so that only her is there and then the first back ground, but when I try and cut only her out it just leaves lines instead of finishing the cutting. What am I doing wrong. I can't find a tutorial on it, so if you can find one that would really help thanks.

Ok I'm getting better at the whole signature making thingy but now I'm seeing that people on here are making really awesome one, like words that go out of the signature box but don't have a background behind them. I want to know how to do that. I have been searching through Gimp Tutorials for almost two days now trying to see how to do that, I'm so lost. Please help me. How do I make words show up on the signature area without a background?

Open up a new window in Gimp (assuming that that is what program you are using) > Delete the layer labeled "background" > paste signature onto grey and black checkered background (the signature needs to be smaller than the whole thing so you'll need to open a window bigger than your signature) > add text to the signature. To make it go off the sig just move it so half of the text is on the picture but half is on the transparent background. > Save as a PNG file > upload
