The two guys grinned and nodded. They needed to be alone to do this.
"That's fine, when you get done I'll give you your surprise," Anti told her happily. Varod nodded and they both hugged her.
"Let's roll!" they both shouted as they pulled her out the door and towards the brooms that they would use to go to Hogsmede.

Sammy followed them happily, she then hopped on her broom following them more. Finally when they got to the big important building in Diagon Alley, they landed and she hugged them. She walked into the building and did what she had to.

Both of them nodded happily and went to a jewelry store.
"Yes, may I ask about engagement ring?" Anti asked the store clerk.
The man smiled. "Of course, the young lady must be very very happy."
Anti and Varod smiled and Anti scratched his own ear.
"Yeah, can I see them? Please?" he asked.
The clerk brought out a large plank of wood with rings on it.
Anti picked one with a simple diamond, and had it engraved:
"To the love of my life, forever shall we be together."
After paying, they went out into the afternoon sun together, and set off for the divorce building.

Sammy walked out into the sun, she sighed and then looked for Anti. She found Anti and Varod not to far off. "Hey love. I'm a free woman now. Can you believe it?" Sammy asked him not really looking for an answer.

"Not at all," Anti said, and got on one knee, pulling the box with the ring out of his pocket and opening it. "Samantha BURNS" he put a strong emphasis on the word "I love you, will you marry me?"
He looked up at her, love in his eyes.

Sammy smiled up at Anti, she had no idea what he was doing, but when she saw the box she knew what was coming. She was unsure how to procede. She loved him, but she just got a devorce. Was she ready to be married again. She would act happy, and say yes. But she would still be careful. "Oh Anti, of course I will." She said to him hugging him, then putting her hand out for him to put the ring on.

Anti slipped the ring on her finger and kissed her, then leaned towards her ear.
"Read the inscription," he whispered almost inaudibly. "I hope we will always be there for each other."
Then he kissed her lovingly and passionately.

Sammy smiled at him, kissed him back, then read the ring. She smiled wider, but then frowned as she hugged him and kissed him again. All the pain she would cause him if this all ended. What would he do if she left him? How would he take it? She hated to think about hurting him. "I hope so to love."

Anti held her tight. In this moment, there was no one else in the world. Only them. Only the love they shared and felt so strongly at this moment. He was lighter than air. In his mind, he heard If only if only the woodpecker sighs...
He kissed her cheek and gestured wordlessly to the brooms, one of which Varod was holding and were all hidden behind a building.

Sammy smiled back to him, reaching out for her broom as it came. She hoped on and waited for them to go first. She wondered where they would be heading.
