Another day is over;;

Daisy was lying on her bed. She had been working all day long and when she entered the dormitory earlier she had collapsed on her bad instantly. It had been a full day of lessons plus she her Herbology essay to finished which was due in the following day. She wasn't good with organisation, so had been finishing that off the entire evening. Now she was just lying there.

Daisy wasn't the kind of person who would want to be there for long without doing anything, though. Despite her being shy, she liked doing things. She didn't really daydream and wasn't that creative. She did like reading, though, so had a pile of books on her bedside table that she was planning to read or in the middle of reading.

Forcing herself to sit up, she reached over to grab the book on top, Paper Towns. However, she managed to knock the entire pile over in her attempt at being lazy and pulling off the one book. She didn't want to get off her bed though, so she just ended up sitting there with books across the floor next to her bed.

Anastasia walked into the room throwing her bag onto her bed she looked over and saw the books on the floor. She pulled out her wand and leviated them onto a pile, then she put them back in the place from which they had fallen. Ana then sat down on her bed placing her book bag under the bed and flopping back onto the bed having never felt more tired in her entire life.

Daisy watched Anastasia walk in and levitate her books onto the table for her. "Thanks." she replied, smiling. Despite the two girls being in the same year and house, they never seemed to actually talk to each other that much. "How was your day?" Daisy asked, in a reasonably quiet voice. Her father always thought she didn't have enough friends, so she was trying her best to make new friends. She just wasn't that outgoing.

"It could have been better but there's no use crying over split milk." Anastasia said her russian accent coming out very badly as she spoke. Ana was too tired to try and make herself sound like she wasn't from Russia, "How was your day?"

"I guess. My day has been...full of work. I had a ton of work to do, some of which I left a bit to the last-minute, so I had a fair bit to do. I'm exhausted now, but at least it's all done." she told Anastasia. "Not looking forward to school tomorrow, though. I don't have any frees. I like my frees. Still, I have Care of Magical Creatures, which is always good. My favourite subject, by far. What subjects are you liking at the moment?"

"I'm liking Transfiguration at the moment. Frees? What is that?" Anastasia said softly.

[[OOC: Frees is English slang, like an hour off when you don't have lessons but most people do. A free period.]]

Daisy had stopped taking Transfiguration herself, as she hadn't been very good at it herself. Plus she didn't like the teacher that much, he had been far too strict for her liking. "A free period, an hour off. I have a full day of lessons, which isn't the best. At least I have Care of Magical Creatures, though." she replied.

Now, what could I say next? New topic? Hhm? Quidditch, maybe? I wonder if she plays... "So, uhm, do you like or play Quidditch, Anastasia?" she asked, trying to make conversation.

"Yes i love Quidditch. I'm the chaser on the Gryfinndor team." Ana said smiling at Daisy.

Daisy smiled. Yes, Quidditch was a good subject to bring up. Despite me not liking it too much, I do know a fair bit about it from dad. "Wow, you must be really good at Quidditch then. When's the next match for Gryffindor?" she asked, sustaining the conversation. Daisy wasn't very good at being social and she never seemed to talk to her dorm mates much. She was trying to make an effort though, she really was.

"I'm not all that good at quidditch but i'm good enough that i can be of use to the team." Ana said softly slightly embarrassed.
