Valentines Day Dance!

Jess nodded, a pleased look on his face. He accepted the drink and followed her, his facial expressions shifting from happy, possibly slightly smug, to a rather bemused expression. He decided to play along, and followed her, a low chuckle coming from him as he passed through the archway onto the patio.

He looked around, enjoying the scenery. It was sunset, a fitting time for such activities, and it was also, sadly, the stereotipcal time for such activites to take place. "It's beautiful," he muttered, leaning up against the railing and looking at the site before him. "It's the end, but the begining of something else, as it should be." He said, before shaking his head to focus, and turning back around to face her. He flashed her a wicked grin, and took a sip of his drink

As he walked back into the lit dance floor he walked out of the hall and sent a patronus with a message to Mari. "Mari, its Matt wanna come to the dance? I just need someone to talk to" he had said it to deliver. He walked back into the hall and took a seat in front of the enchanted window away from Dane and Jemma. He really needed to talk, but everyone seemed to be busy. He'd just have to wait for Mariana...he waved his wand and made a glass of wine zoom from the other classes to him. He downed it in one gulp and his eyes shut slightly, he drifted off to a slight snooze.

Mariana was in her bed trying to sleep though that was hard.Suddenly there was an envelope next to her.She observed it.It had her name on it so she sat down and opened it reading a letter from Matt.It seemed kind of life or death question so all her senses were alerted by the fact.She flicked with her wand summoning her party dress and boots starting to dress up quickly and made herself look decent for the dance.Fifteen minutes after recieving a message she apparated to the ministry by the hall where dance was held in. "Matt Matt where are you?" she yelled around trying to oversound the music that suddenly became louder once she entered the hall.

She looked around not sure what was going on.Why did Matt call her so urgently and then just vanished into thin air.Didn't make any sense. She just walked around the hall seing a lot of familiar faces but Matt was nowhere in sight.She suddenly detained in the corner as she saw something not sure if her eyes were cheating on her.It was Jess dancing very seductive with a girl.She couldn't denie she was pretty though she felt like a lightning just stroke her. So he called me here so i can enjoy the show...This is your own fault Mariana... she thought not changing her expression untill she turned around.It was a really bad luck she arrived at this moment.

Never expected a show like this one...What am i even doing here... she thought again not sure did her expression become any different.She didn't feel as much as angry at Jess as she felt angry at herself and sad at same time. It was enough... she said as she started walking as fast as she could without running not sure if she was going to cry or break something.She broke through the crowd taking sometime since it was way too crowdy.She left as Jess sat down and had a drink with the same girl not even turning around.Arriving at the entrance hall she saw Matt.She was furious at him.Maybe not at him,but she needed someone to blame this on. "THAT WAS WHY YOU CALLED ME HERE!!" she shouted at him not thinking before talking. "WHY!" she shouted even louder at him not even trying to control her anger. Was she angry at herself,Jess or Matt was a relevant matter.

Matt grunted awake and groaned. He looked up and saw Mari storm into the hall. He quickly got out of his chair it falling over and ran over to Mari. He covered her mouth with his hand and brought her over to his table. "You're going to make a fool of yourself!" he said to her. "Why are you yelling anyway?" he asked her pulling out a chair for her after taking his hand off her mouth. "Here!" he said grabbing a glass of wine from a passing waiter and passed it to her and took a seat at his own chair. "I called you here cause everyone was busy and I wanted to talk to you..." he told her.

"Your welcome."said Sophia softly giving him a soft warm smile but kept her eyes on her father as she seen him talking to Mariana. As he asked her if everything was ok her soft warm honey eyes snapped out of looking at her farther back at him. "Yes sorry Timmy, I just seen my farther doing smething and I just wondered what he was doing but I'll ask him later."said Sophia smiling. As she took his hand she let him guide her to the dance floor. As she looked back at her farther she gave him 'is everything ok?' look as she passed him going through the crowd.

Hmmm... it did smell like cinnamon! And her shampoo smelled like cinnamon, so that was probably what Louis smelled. "How is Zoe?"

"I have no idea..." he said sighing. "I haven't heard from Zoe since Toire mentioned her brain cancer..." he said. "And I haven't heard from her...or mom...or dad..." he sighed. "Though I have been spending time with James!" he said. "Good 'ol cousin James..." he said. "Not to mention Albus and a little bit of lily.." he said.

Rose looked around the dancefloor and rolled her eyes for she couldn't believe she was at this stupid dance but she had nothing better to do. As she made her way through the crowd she headed toward the bar and sat down by a boy in her year that she didn't know. Although Rose didn't know many people for he was a pretty shy girl who only kept to herself and her only best friend was Albus. "May I have a butterbeer please?"Rose asked as they gave it to her. Not what Rose really wanted but she guessed it would work seeing how she was under age. "Oh well, I just have someone get me a drink!"Rose thought to herself a she took another drink of her firewhiskey. Rose was weariung a ivory dress with a brown bow around her waist and her hair was dyed magically blond for she fet like being different for once.

Alright then. Tim smiled. Tim guided himself and Sophia to the dancefloor. He placed one of his hands just above her hips and the other in her hands. How have you been? Tim asked, curiously. Anything happen lately? Tim asked.

Vanessa finally arrived at the Valentines Dance, even though she was fashionably late. Didn't need to be here early, she didn't have a date anyways. She entered the room where the dance was being held and nodded her head. She was impressed but then again, she is easy to win.

For this dance she wore a silky dark pink strapless short dress with straightened hair. Her make up was natural looking but she decided not to wear any jewellery.

She walked over to the punch and food table and poured herself a cup of juice. She sipped it but didn't like it so she poured the rest of the juice back in the bowl and decided to nibble on some nibblies instead.

OCC: Sure, why not Christy? I think it would be fun!

Mariana grabbed the glass of wine that Matt just gave her and drank it to the bottom not understanding what was going on.At least she calmed down enough to stop shouting at Matt. "THAT is what i mean...." she said pointing her wand across her shoulder at Jess trying to make Matt understand.She was tempted to use that wand not so much for blasting Jess, but for modificating her memory and pretend she never saw that. "Sorry Matt i thought that for some reason you called me to watch the show..." she said putting the glass down.

"And i think i already made a fool out of myself anyway..." she sighed as she packed her wand back at her pocket prefering not to turn around. "But leaving my mistakes aside...are you alright?You don't look so good." she asked him.It sounded ironic considering that she was the one that paled down in last couple of days.She was barely eating and sleeping so in dispite of the unpleasant scene she just had to witness she was grateful for an exuce to get her out of her bed.
