You have to put them into specific folders. For fonts, I could tell you how to do it but only if you have a mac?

For brushes you go to the photoshop folder under your applications --> presets --> brushes and you drag the brushes into that folder.

I've never done gradients so I can't help you there :/

Haha, I just meant a Macintosh computer. Or well, Apple I guess is what it's called these days. Buttt I'm going to guess that's not what you have then. But for fonts, there is generally a folder in your "my computer" section which you can drag the downloaded fonts into. There are several tutorials online (:
