Abbey's eyes widened as Gar leaned in towards her. She pulled herself away. "Gar, I just want to be your friend!" she said. "I don't want to hurt your feelings, but this is a little too sudden for me!"

Garulia sighed and put his hand on her shoulder.
"Then we'll take it slower..." he said, waving his wand and a really slow music started playing. "Madam, may I have this dance?"
He bowed dramatically and held out his hand.

Abbey laughed and took Gar's hand. "You may." She and Gar danced together through the ocean. It was lots of fun. This felt like being just friends to Abbey; right now she couldn't handle picking between Gar and Lysander.

Garulia smiled at her and kept dancing, then pulled her closer and danced with her slower. He was slightly taller than her, so he looked down and continued dancing.
"Don't think this is over," he whispered. Then laughed.

Abbey smiled slightly. She didn't know how she was going to make this work; she liked Gar as a friend, but that could change soon. She couldn't hurt his feelings, that much was sure. "Keep fighting and maybe it won't be." she whispered.

"It could change right now," Gar whispered into her ear, kissing her cheek. "But only if you want it to."
Now he was embarrassed.
"DO you want it to?" he asked smiling.

Abbey looked away and sighed. "I don't know! This is too hard of a decison to make right now!" she shouted, letting tears fall down her cheeks.

Gar mentally scolded himself as he held her, kissing the tears off her cheeks.
"I'm sorry..." he mumbled. "I guess...you want me to go...and never wanna see me again?"
He sighed deeply.

"No!" Abbey cried, shaking her head vigorously. "I just can't make a decision about it right now. You can understand that, right?" she asked.

Gar walked up to her slowly and hugged her, wiping away her tears as one fell out of his own eyes.
"I understand," he whispered. "But for today can we pretend you made the decision...and picked me?"
