The Graveyard

Arriving at the graveyard, the rain had, thankfull stopped. So Darren took his hood off and looked around. He spotted Khaat and Wilson standing together and Jess and Matt standing a little further off. "Hey guys," he said to them, still not knowing them so well as too call them by their names. He watched Jess to see if he noticed their arrival.

"So, Darren, have you found anything promising? I haven't found any horcruxes yet. Just a bunch of rocks, actually," she said, not disclosing everything, but not lying either. "But they do seem to be energy rocks. Maybe a fuel source for something." She didn't tell Darren she already had the gizmo that the rocks powered and had it safely whisked away and hidden from all. She wasn't letting anythng repower this horcrux. or at least not the alchemic device that had been designed for it. And she guessed that Matt's scroll might hold another link to the puzzle, but as far as she knew it hadn't even been read.

OOC: so I'm supposed to treat him as Darren, and not albus? I didn't get that from his note. I understood that was darren, but didn't know the character was still darren. OK. edited.

Jess looked concernedly at Matt and shook his head. "No, i think you should stay with us," he said after a pause. "If people not respecting you is an issue, well maybe you should act a bit more serious," he said, "I used to have the same problem," he told Matt. "But then i became a grumpy bastard, and people started listening to me. I think you need to prove yourself, and then people will realise the potential you have," Jess told him. "and besides, i need you to tell the others what it is you've found, because, to be honest, i wouldn't have the foggiest," he said, smiling, trying to lighten the mood a bit, before turning and noticing Darren, Mari and Ne'os had joined them now. "Hey guys," he said with nod, looking at them. "Find anything interesting?" he asked them

Khaat was kicking around the rocks at the base of Merope Gaunt's grave marker. She kicked something hard. She knelt down and began digging with her hands in the soft earth. She found a worn burlap bag. She pulled up the bag and looked inside. There were two huge stones as big as her outstretched hand. An enormous quartz crystal, one of the biggest she'd ever seen, and another hematite of the same size. She quickly closed up the burlap sack and tucked it in her leather bag. When Voldemort tried to insure himself, evidently he did it big. IF all these stones could be harnessed together, it would recharge his powers in a hurry. How many more stones were there, for goodness sake?

Ne'OS ignored jess for the moment as he saw Khaat lean down to pick something up "What was that khaat?" he asked walking over to her.

"Well i just came few minutes ago and all i see was found is an auror back at the house.Though Darren stunned him and hopefully he didn;t follow us.I think he was blabbering about calling Majere.But then i threatened him with Gabrielle and he stayed wordless." replied Mariana not sure what in the world was going on here though she prefered not to put her nose in it,

"Voldemortr was hoarding crystals," Khaat told Ne'OS quietly. "I've found probably 5 or 6 pounds worth of quartz and hematite between the house and here. And what I believe, firmly, is an attempt at making an alchemic generator out of them to harness their power. My guess is that the horcrux is either small or flawed, or that he wanted to come back this time on steroids. I already hid everything but these two big stones. I didn't want Majere to get them." She showed him the gigantic quarts and hematite stones.
