At the Study Room (Rose)

The study room, not one of David's favirote haunts, he usually stayed at the library, but that was currently crowded, so he had decided to go here. The study room was usually empty, which was good. David liked empty, it was peaceful. Now, David was practicing Transfiguration, he was trying to create a seed in front of him into a beatiful flower. "Verto" he muttered. And then, there was a blast, and a burnt flower appeared in front of him, great. He looked around to see if no one had noticed the failure, another problem with David - he always thought that people were watching him.

Rose walked into the Study Room and sighed, not that she hated the Study Room but she really like the library better for it was full with books that helped her with her homework at times but now it was full and crowded. Rose hated being in crowds she liked quietness and calmness which is what the Study Room was. As she walked further in she noticed a boy about her age studying a Transfiguration Spell by the looks of it. "Um... sorry, I didn't know anyone was in here I usually study in the library but it's crowded and I hates crowded places." I'll leave you alone sorry to bother you."said Rose shyly. "Stupid Rose, you should have looked before you went in!"Rose thought to herself.

David looked up at the girl who had walked in. Clearly, she was a Weasley. It was easy to tell. The girl wasn't in David's year, but he recognized her as Rose Weasley. David had never met her before, but she didn't seem all that bad, she wasn't one of those, what he called - non serious people. "You can stay here," he replied quietly. David talked very rarely, especially to strangers. "Its not like this is my room or anything."

Rose nodded shyly at him and gave him a shy smile. "Thanks."said Rose softly as she walked further into the room and sat a table that was across form him and started working on her Charms assignment which was the Mobiliarbus charm . As she pointed her wand at a chair she muttered quietly to herself. "Mobiliarbus" as it done nothing she looked at the chair annoyed. "Maybe I didn't say it loud enough or I said it wrong?"Rose thought to herself as she tried again. "Mobiliarbus!" muttered Rose but alittle louder then last time. As the chair lifted into the air she moved it across the room to another table and set it down.

William continued to try to work, but he couldn't when there was other company. If there were 3 people or so, perhaps, when there was just another person, it seemed like they were watching you. He might humilate himself, so he decided to stop practicing. "So. ummm your Rose Weasley aren't you?" he said quietly, trying to start conversation. He really didn't know how.

Rose jumped and almost dropped the chair she was moving across the room when she heard him ask quietly if she was Rose Weasley. "Yes I am her, nice to meet you."said Rose softly and quietly. Rose was very shy and quiet when she met new people, she didn't have many friends but her best friend Albus who is just like her. "I seen you around, aren't you a fifth Year or something like that?"Rose asked him shyly. Having conversation with new people wasn't one of Rose's best qualities about her, of course she could talk to Albus but he been her best friend since they were little.

David almost laughed at her shyness, it was quite hilarious, but then, he was almost as shy himself. Still, her nervousness made him a little more calm, more then usual anyways. "Yeah, David Ward, 5th year Slytherin. Nice to meet you Rose," he said. Usually people and Weasleys expecially, disliked Slytherins, oh well.

Rose gave him a warm smile when he told her his name and told her he was a fifth year Slytherin. Rose honestly didn't care if he was a Slytherin for her best friend was in Slytherin and he was a Potter. "Nice to meet you David, my I ask what spell you were doing before I came in here? it looked liked a Transfiguration spell."said Rose. She was starting to feel alittle less nervous and alttle less shy arond him when when she realized he was just like her.

"Umm it was for Transfiguration class, I was triying to create a seed into a flower.. but it failed," David said, showing her the black rose. "Although it still looks quite cool." he added after an after thought.

Rose looked at the rose and back to him. "You know your right, it does look pretty cool though."said Rose softly. "Why don't you try again? I'm sure that you'll get it this time, if not then nobody is perfect."said Rose softly. "Heck I'm Hermione (Granger) Weasley daugher and I still get spells wrong."said Rose lauhing softly.
