Boy's Dormitory

Will walked down the stairs into the boy's dormitory, dragging his trunk along with him. He pushed the door open and walked in, feeling a slight chill he pointed his wand at the heater and lit it, feeling the warmth spreading over him already he smiled and sat on the nearest available bed with a window. He shoved his trunk to the foot of the bed and felt the green curtains on his four poster bed. He smiled and jumped into the bed and made himself comfortable

David sighed as he dragged his trunk into his dormitory to unpack all his things that he had taken with for Christmas break. He walked over to his bed and began to do that, while looking with an irritated look at William.

Will tuned around and looked at david. God bless him, in another of his moods again, 'well,' he thought, 'i'd better see what's wrong with him' the thought muttered, rolling his eyes. "What's up bro?" he asked, looking curiously at his brother

Godric entered the boy's dorm. He hadn't been here since he had taken off to find his friend. He went to his bunk that still had his belongings tucked away at the foot. His blond hair short. He had had to cut it after Diagon Ally. He went to his truink and took out his favorit cloths. His old Durmstrang uniform and put it on. Not acknowledging the fith years until he was wearing the red military style unifrom.

Hallo he said, his voice thick with a Germanic accent.

A paint covered Elijah made his way down to the Dungeons with a pencil behind his ear and a sketch book in his hands. He was flicking through the book in search for something to paint but he had no inspiration. Things with Amelia had fizzled out and he refused to paint Fauve no matter how many times she asked him. But the awful thing was that he couldn’t find any decent sketches. Most were absent minded doodles of dogs and various pieces of fruit. There was even a few cartoon strips in there. He must have been beyond lost when it came to his art by that point if he was doodling and cartooning.

Eli made it down to the dungeons and swapped his sketch book for the camera he’d bought in Paris. He set the camera up as he walked through the common room and took a few pictures of some unsuspecting females. He rolled his eyes and walked down the stairs to the dormitory. He opened the door and closed it behind him, not bothering to look up as he fiddled with the settings on the camera. He frowned a little in frustration and he pressed his lips together. Eli looked up and recognised the Ward brothers. He smiled a little and nodded to them before glancing over at the other room inhabitant wearing a very familiar uniform. Eli grinned and took a picture. He never thought he’d see that uniform again – hoped more like. He didn’t know who was wearing it but it was interesting to see the red again. Eli had burned his if he remembered rightly. Stupid school.

“Will, what would you pick? Sepia, Good old Colour or Black and White?” Eli asked, turning his attention to one of the Ward brothers; deciding to ignore the Slytherin in the Durmstrang uniform.

Alester trudged through the dungeons finding the Slytherin living quarters the easiest of his objectives he had been set thus far. He was levitating his trunk and paused inside the doorway to appraise the arrangements. There were various beds several already claimed and a few open. He carefully observed the current occupants while appearing not to care. Finally he looked at the empty bunk beside the boy in the Durmstrang uniform. He'd know it anywhere, his mother had bought him one years ago in hopes if he ever attended formal education that would be his appropriate school. A half smirk curved his lips at this errant thought as he settled the trunk at the foot of the bed casting his turquoise-silver eyes sideways toward the boy in red; It is an appealing unifrom; but you are a bit out of place are you not? he asked sarcastically, yet with a tone of irony. He was not being rude, it was his means of smalltalk and assessing the others--especially the opinion of one who approved of a school he coveted. He settled himself on the side of the bed he had claimed; the one beside the boy in Durmstrang robes and summoned his Tarot deck from his own robes of jet black, without any crest or house loyalty, allowing the cards to shuffle through his hands randomly.

Julia was extremely bored, and all of the girls in her dorm were talking about boys, shopping, and girlish things that she didn't fancy discussing at the moment. She decided to go over to the boy's dorm, which she never usually did anymore. When she first came to the school she would come to the boy's dormitory, she always used to be a tomboy, but since her third or fourth year, she grew out of it and became a lot more feminine. But at the current moment, she couldn't stand all of the high-pitched giggles and the strong smell of acetone in the nail polish remover they were using.

Julia approached the Boy's Dormitory door and knocked on it with her small knuckles. "Hope you are all decent, female coming in the room" She opened the door and stepped in, looking around. Julia immediately noticed Eli and skipped over to him, jumping on his back. "Hello, Bean! Bet you didn't expect to see me in here... I'm sure I'm breaking many school rules" She chuckled. She looked at his hair, which was covered in smudges of various colours. "What in the world have you been doing, Elijah Krum?" She asked in a mock-outraged tone. She licked one of her hands and ran it through his hair, getting some of the paint out. "Though I must say I'm quite glad that it isn't white and smells horrid" She smirked and got back to her feet, hoping she wouldn't have to explain the joke to him.

Julia looked to her right and noticed a boy sitting on the side of a bed. She didn't recognize him, so she decided to introduce herself. She walked over and stood next to one of his bed posts and smiled. "Hello I'm not sure we've met before. I'm Julia Traverse" She held her hand out to him and smiled kindly, looking into his turquoise eyes. "Hm, I've never seen eyes like those before, they look turquoise and silver-ish... not to sound creepy or anything" She giggled, only trying to make small talk- though her small talk did sound rather creepy. "Are you new here?" Julia asked him.

Alester ruffled through his deck a few times effectively his version of active meditation to anyone who knew him; minor annoyance to those who did not. He expected the boy to answer with something, most probably a smart comment of challenge or showing strength to match the aura he gave off. As such his attention was diverted and the female voice preceeding the opening of the door revealing a definate female form caught him offguard. He had read the history book well enough to know that females could technically enter the boys dormitories, and not the reverse. But he was still taken aback that one would.

His eyes shone brightly in a flash of sliver as she invaded the space and jumped on the back of one of the housemates he had yet to know and was indifferent if he ever would... her antics assured that she knew the boy and presumably the space from her commentary. He was about to dismiss her when she directed his attention back to him. He turned the topic of doscussion towards her another flash of sliver crossing his irises as he looked at her. You are correct, my eyes are typically turquoise with a silver sheen, brighter in good humor--- darker in bad. he said a dark smirk curving one side of his mouth as he joked. They were known to become jet black and even blood red if his mood grew serious and dark enough... neither of which were good for the person who witnessed that change.


He appraised her carefully and decided that offering his nomer was aggreable, Alester Thoth Crowley, unfortunate new prisoner of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. the flash of silver showed the jokeing seriousness of his statement.

Godric's dark smile played on his lips. He was going to be a little mean. But only a little. "Only as out of place as a Durmstrang boy can be, but that's the price I pay for refusing to graduate early. Crowly... Crowly... Oh you mean that Crowly? Didn't your Grand Da graduate Durmstrang? I'm sorry that you didn't get the chance to see those hallowed halls Alester. But trust me there isn't much to do there besides spend ninty percent of your time with other guys." Godric wanted to look at the deck Crowly had been shuffling. He was irked by the camra that had stolen his picture but he let it go... For now.

"So, Alester, why are you at Hogwarts anyway?"

Eli rolled his eyes at Julia and leaned against the beam of his bed. He tweaked the settings on his camera a few more times and took a picture of Julia’s profile. It was a cameo shot more than anything, her face always lit up when she laughed, even if she didn’t really mean it. He would have taken points from her but he couldn’t be bothered, it wasn’t as if Majere followed him down to the dungeons or something. “Yeah, I’m all for standing outside and letting birds empty their bladders on you. I’ve been painting Jules.” He said with heavy sarcasm. “I’ll take more pictures of you and send them to Frankie shall I?” he took another few pictures of her and smirked. “I’m sure he’ll love them.”

He could almost hear his mother telling him that art wasn’t going to get him anywhere. He could also see his paintings at the very back of his mind, being sold off for insane amounts of money. It would end eventually but Eli was going to milk it for as much as the rich folk were willing to part with. He took one more picture of Julia and put his camera down on his bed. He opened his beside drawer and rifled through it for a bit of charcoal. He found an old bit and a bit of chalk which was a plus. Eli settled himself up against the headboard of his bed and put his sketchbook on his lap. He picked a photo and kept his eyes on the screen as his right hand began to expertly curve across the paper, creating the photograph from scratch.
