3 spells were coming at Vincent, at times like this he felt glad he had auror spells up his sleeve. "Contego!" he said, casting a barrier which absorbed all the spells. "Gladius" he casted with a slashing movement with his wand at Danny.

Danny reacted quick enough to fall to the ground before the spell hit him. Gladius?! Really?! And he was a freaking headmaster of this place! He got back up then casted Expelliarums agin.

Shacklebolt was surprised at the spell Vincent used. Dark Magic!? Impedimenta" Shacklebolt casted.

Vincent once again defended the spell quite easily. Both of these two were using quite basic spells, odd. Deciding it was time to take Danny out of the picture, Vincent aimed his wand to the ceiling right above Danny. "Descendo," he said, causing it to fall on him.

Danny was too preoccupied with fighting Vincent, he never noticed the ceiling that starte dto collapse. Rubble and bricks fell down onto Danny until he was trapped under a few inches of rubble but a few feet were on his legs. He tried not to groan in pain since he still needed to keep himself secret. He pushed off a large piece of rubble that fell on his so he could see the fight. His wand was a few feet away from him and he tried to reach it. Come on, COME ON! he thought to himself reaching for it

Shacklebolt continued to duel Vincent but then saw rubble start to fall on Danny. He would be crushed and die if Shacklebolt allowed him to stay under that. Agh! Shacklebolt sent an expulso spell at Vincent then turned to levitate the rubble off Danny. Once that was done, Shacklebolt turned and saw a bright green light.

[KILL HIM NOW]

Vincent dodged the spell as it flew past him and destroyed the walls and the portraits on it. He ducked and casted a barrier to protect himself as the rubble flew all around. He watched as Shacklebolt turned to levitate the rubble off Danny. First rule of dueling, never turn your back. Knowing he one, Vincent calmly straightened up and sent a simple killing curse right at Kingsley.

Danny watched as Kingsley was trying to levitate the rubble off of him then pointed to the curse. He only lied down in horror as he saw the Avada Kedavra go to Shacklebolt. He wanted to scream 'get out of the way' but he was still going to follow Shacklebolts orders.

Shacklebolt was caught surprised, and could not dodge or block the spell. He knew he had lost. His wand fell out of his hand, and Shacklebolt lay on the floor - dead. His expression one of surprise and sadness.

Danny watched as Shacklebolt collapsed onto the ground-dead. He tried to push himself from underneath the rubble yet couldn't move.He tried reeaching for the Siren or the Liberator yet it was buried underneath the rubble. He grunted with rage as he tried to push himself and then looked back at Shacklebolt. Why did you just take it?! he thought angrily yet knowing it was inevidible
