First Class of the Second Semester ((NEWT Students))

Julia held her books close to her chest as she hurried up the stairs to the Astronomy Tower- she didn't want to be late for the first class of the semester. She arrived to the classroom and opened the door, walking in. She noticed that she was the only person here besides the professor "Hello, Professor" Julia said, smiling. She found a seat at the front and sat down, waiting for other students to arrive.

She looked up to the table with the star charts on it as she went over to grab them "Sure" She said picking them up and distributing them to every seat. "If you don't mind me asking, but what are we learning about today?" She asked curiously.

Ami loved Astronomy, it was one of her favorite classes, she made a point to get there early. She noticed that there was only one other student in class, and she was passing papers out. Ami found a table with a paper already on it. She layed her bag down and took out her books.

Mariana walked inside the classroom.She fortunatly wasn't late. "Morning Professor." she said as she put her bag with books on the table looking at star charts Julia was bringing.

Julia finished passing out the star charts when she noticed two other students in the classroom, she recognized both of the girls. "Hey" She said to the two other girls as she sat at her desk waiting for class to begin.

Daisy wondered into her Astronomy lesson. A bit late, but better late than never, she was always told. She took a seat, not really noticing who else was in the classroom. She was in a daydream and not really paying too much attention. Not the best state of mind to be in in a lesson, really.

Luckily, she was brought back to earth as she was handed a star chart*. She looked over it, recognising various constellations and such. As she was looking at it, she saw Orion's belt on it. Orion...that was the name of a character in her story. She was about to fall into another daydream when she heard Professor Lestrange speaking. I mustn't daydream, again, I need to pass my NEWTs next year. She told herself, forcing herself to listen to the Professor.

Lamberton? are you with us? he laughed. He pulled his wand out of his pocket and made the roof disappear, reveiling the night sky. He grinned and stared at it, Beautiful.....but I musn't daydream, we have work to do. Let the rest come when they are ready, all they do is go down in my book... he laughed again.
