Most Likely to Forget It's a New Year - Shacklebolt. He's super old. He probably doesn't care about the turn of the years anymore.
Most likely to throw best New Year's Eve party - Julia Traverse and Rosalie Malfoy (joint because they spiked the punch at the Yule Ball, and so did Elijah but I already nominated one of his characters, so I left him out)
