All species are welcome, ranging from fae to britlingen (we have an extensive species guideline sheet to cater to any species you might wish to play). Finally, we are accepting both canon and original characters.

Our story starts roughly after the first book/first season; Rene was exposed as the Bon Temps serial killer, posing as a cajun and friend to the Bon Temps community under a false identity when in fact he was murdering any who felt were vampire friendly out of hatred for the undead, even leading to his killing of Grandma Adele Stackhouse. Jason Stackhouse has developed a hankering for V, the vampire blood based "drug" which Lafayette has been secretly dealing. New allegiances have been forged between human and vampire, as Sookie Stackhouse became familiar with Eric Northman, helping him to determine that Longshadow was stealing from Fangtasia by using her telepathy on human staff members, resulting in Longshadow's death. Sookie has learnt that her friend and employer Sam Merlotte is a shifter, a being that can transform into many types of animal, and from him that there are all manner of supernatural beings in the world who unlike vampires have not announced themselves publically. We have also discovered that human attitudes towards vampires are quite cautious even amongst the open minded and more vampire tolerant communities, but that ultimately attitudes towards vampires are unique to the individual. There are those humans who loathe vampires as well as those who idolize and sexually desire them (Fangbangers), others who are simply on the fence and those who are very accepting of vampires as a people. We also know that True Blood is largely available across America, and the most popular brand of synthetic blood, regardless of human attitudes against the undead.
So we're basically picking up the pieces from there, creating our own series of events after the first book/season which do not necessarily follow canon events. Join us and get creative!
