"You, and me have been here twice. This is our last day back here in paradise" Benji sung the tune under his breath, his feet scuffing the cold ground, his hands shoved deeply into his pockets. He wasn't looking where he was going and he was repeatedly bumping into younger students on their way inside the warm shops. Not that he cared, his arrogance was well known and most people tended to stay out of his way. His mother had always told him to flaunt what he had, so he did. Though, some considered it a little excessive.
"One more miracle. One more golden man. The face. The figure. The fame. All disappear"
How how long he walked, Benji wasn't sure, his feet kept moving and he was in no rush to stop them. It was a bright, if not cold, day after all and he would rather have been outside than anywhere near that uptight pretentious band of Gryffindors. He had expected that rain that day, though, as unpredictable as he, the weather had disagreed entirely and let the sun shine through the white clouds. Benji enjoyed walking in the rain, but for the benefit of his perfectly straight hair, he was glad it was sunny.
"Go. But don’t take my advice. You do not belong down here in paradise," his voice lingered for a moment as he looked up, right into the eyes of an unsuspecting student who seemed to have been staring at him. His smile curved up slightly and he bit down on his bottom lip. He wondered how much people really knew about him, or how much was just rumors. Not that he really cared, he had been the quiet shy boy for too long, it was time to make some changes around here.
"The face. The figure. The fame. Are not for you."
Benji stopped dead in the middle of the street, the hairs on the back of his neck standing on end. He realised people looked at him, it was a perfectly natural response after all. But this person was staring, and not just staring...watching. Benji frowned and turned trying to pin-point the person, but to no avail.
