Enemies

How many characters you want (self explanatory): One per thread, but can have more than one thread going on the same idea

What characters you want (4th years, werewolves, etc.): Preferably 5th - graduate

Level of RP (how long your RPs are, 1 line, 1 paragraph, 3 paragraphs, etc.): As most of you may have noticed, my posts are a bit longer than what is typically posted here. That said, as long as you can post a decent amount for me to reply to I will be open to writing with you. I cannot, however, reply to dialogue only or one line responses. The thread goes nowhere and I have a hard time writing something I can respect myself for. So just know what you are getting yourself into before you apply.

What you want to RP about: I made this character with a personality that is meant to push people away. That is what will make is special when someone breaks through and becomes close to Amelia. But so far, everyone has been too nice to allow Amelia to make enemies or push people away. I would like to RP with someone who is offput by Amelia's cold exterior, not just friendly all the time.

Location (Hogsmeade, Hogwarts, etc.): I would prefer to keep it within Hogwarts castle/grounds. We can discuss depending on who responds.

Selwyn would be happy to be Amelia's enemy. However, Selwyn is somewhat immature. Could you possibly find it within yourself to be enemies with a boy like him? You see, I know exactly what you're talking about. I have Selwyn do something outrageous, and everyone stands around telling him to stop. Which he ignores, while insulting their intelligence, because nobody has so far physically thrown themselves on top of him to prevent any of his schemes and no teacher has given him a detention.

We don't even have to be enemies, I'd be perfectly happy to just do properly antagonistic RP.

I don't know that Amelia would consider Selwyn an enemy, but he would surely annoy her. She comes from a very proper background, is not at all rebellious, and is a prefect on top of it all. Amelia has a bit of a red-head's temper, so "Stop it." probably would not be all she would say if Selwyn were to start insulting her.

I doubt Amelia would throw herself on top of anyone, for any reason (her mother has it drilled into her to be ladylike, and that seems a bit contradictory), but she is quick with a wand. If she needed to, she could cast a spell that would certainly stop Selwyn or put him in his place.

Does this sound appealing to you, or were you looking for more of a cohort in your schemes and outrageousness?

Where would you prefer this to occur? I take it you will be doing something outrageous, so Amelia will have to be in the setting where this will be occurring. I can start the thread if you want, you just need to give me the plot so I know what's coming.

I'm feeling an urge to find an empty hallway somewhere, lather it up with a scouring charm and use it as a slip'n'slide.

Done and done.

Since there is really no hallway sections of the castle, I started the thread in the study room on the seventh floor. We can start it there and RP it to the hallway if that works out.
