Personality: Kelsey is the complete opposite of her sister, even though they are identical.She is the happiest thing you will ever meet! She would never be seen in public without a smile on her face. She has never said a bad word about anybody in her entire life. Her only flaw is that she can overlook a person. They might be a Death Eater, and she could think they were an angel. So as you can see, friendly, but not that bright.
