Did anyone consider making a timetable? We can make a timetable for each class so the studentd would know when the class starts. Most of the students isn't attending the classes because they don't know when it starts. We can make that only teacher can change their class time, and they have to discuss it with the other teacher and students, so everyone would make it on time. Also not to make two classes on the same time. Making a timetable would really help.

I agree we need timetable,but classes must be at same time because if we put time for each class all must sit here and write 8 hours a day.

Are we going to do the thing like leave classes running overnight, so people from all time-zones can participate. Then you could do something like Transfiguration Mon-Tue, Divination Tue-Wed, etc. for different subjects, so some overlapped but not a lot. If that makes sense.
