Nicholas was pleased everything seemed to be falling into place, he had know all along the curse would connect, after all there had been no warning, no verbal incantation, no flick of a wand, nothing. He saw her look appealingly at the young boy, a shame, now that she was under his spell there was no escaping the fate Nicholas had in store for her. The snotty nosed child seemed to care about this beast, as long as Nicholas had her, he had the boy. He ordered the girl to stand in front of him, bringing up his sword he pressed its sharp tip into the spine of her back. Nicholas pulled the girl’s head back by her hair and spoke calmly “Why don’t we play with the boy a little longer, lets see how far he is willing to go to save his precious little friend. Christabelle, Godric, wont you do the honours. I think that leash would look good on him, no?” Nicholas smiled a small smile, his hold of the imperious curse only strengthened as the target and he stood but millimetres from each other. He would whisper into Alexa’s ear, ordering her to beg the boy to co-operate, to cry if need be. Only time would tell whether or not his curse was working to its full effect, then again even if it wasn’t perhaps the silver bladed sword at her back was enough persuasion.
