Welcome to Elsewhere. You're dead.
The
book Elsewhere is the story of a fifteen year old girl named Liz who
dies. She finds herself on the S. S. Nile. She doesn't know what has
happened to her or where she is going, but she discovers a row of
stitches around her ear. Eventually, she is invited to an Observation
Deck, where she steps up to a pair of binoculars and finds herself
watching her own funeral.
When Liz arrives in Elsewhere, she
meets her grandmother, Betty, who is now in her thirties. She died
before Liz was born. Betty explains that in Elsewhere, everyone ages
backwards, and then, as babies, are taken back to Earth via a river,
and are reborn.
We are roleplaying ordinary people who have died.
