Daniel M. Valantine House (New)

Daniel smiled and started to put his hot chocolate into the microwave then started to make her coffee without screwing it up. He glanced back up at her as he turned around to get the milk again. "So, um. How is Jess and you going, you seem to be a very lovely couple. I just wish i was more like you" he smiled at her pouring the milk then some boiling water and stirred it.

Mariana looked up at Daniel who just mentioned her boyfriend. "I don't know where is he.He dissappeared months ago without leaving any note." she said honestly.Jess was dissappeared and she never knew anything about him. "What about your girlfriend i met earlier at the grocery store?" she asked wanting to change the topic.

Daniel looked up at her, while his poured some boiling hot water then looked back as the water overfilled the cup spilling some over the bench and in the sink. He pulled his kettle up and placed it back down pouring a bit of water out of the cup then placed the coffee into the microwave and drank his own hot chocolate. "I am very sorry to hear," he looked at her sympathetically and nodded at her, feeling kind of sorry for her that her husband had just left her alone without any words and leaving her to look after her kid. He smiled warmly at her and rubbed her shoulder warmly then dropped his arm. "He'll appear one day, just don't give up hope" he tried to encourage her.

Mariana just looked lost so she took a sip of coffee to wake up from the clouds. "Yeah i hope so because i miss him." she said sighing forcing a not too konvincing smile. "Life gives much turns so maybe one day he'll come back." she said trying not to sound too sad. "But anyway....enough about him." she said shaking lightly her head. "You didn't tell me about your girlfriend.I think it was Izzie or something." she quickly added.

Daniel looked at her for a moment and smiled at her politely, feeling almost sorry for her that her husband had disappeared without a word or warning. He nodded at her not trying to force the matter onward and smiled at the changed of subject. "Yeah. Isabella, she is great we both love each other very dearly. Wouldn't trade a thing in the world for each other." Daniel let a small laugh escape his lips, letting his cup of hot chocolate warm his hands up smiling up at her.

Mariana was a lot glad they finally changed the topic.Jess was a topic that always returned happy and bad memories so instead she decided to concetrate on Isabella. "That is awesome.Don't let your chance escape because it would be a big mistake." she said forcing a smile trying to get into the conversation. "Oh yeah i have a little indiscrete question." she added clearing her throat because she wasn;'t sure if she should talk about this. "When you and me were in supermarket." she started nervously "I couldn't pass without noticing that she looked at me on some strange way.Is her jelous or something?" she finished the question as fast as she could.

Daniel looked at her smiling and nodding at her advice. He heard her tell him that she was going to tell him an indiscreet question. "Alright, go ahead." Daniel told her as he took a seat beside her and laid down on the arm of the couch his feet laying down on the couch but curled out as he took a sip of his hot chocolate waiting to hear what she wanted to ask. " Oh. Isobel has a obsessive compulsive disorder, she won't stop until she has what she wants. Anyway that not what you asked, she is just scared of losing me. Since i told her i couldn't promise her that i would be with her forever but i could try," he explained, hoping he told her the correct thing.

Mariana moved right to make place for Daniel to sit next to her.She was listening to Daniel though it was more like a lecture on university then explenation to what she asked.Daniel finally passed to the point and seems that she was right. "Oh i see she is a possesive person.It happens sometimes though i never seen a case of it." she nodded in understanding before she came to Isabella's jelousy. "So she is insecure?You don't have a look of Don Juan to me i can't see why.I hope that friendship with me won't make you some inconviniences with your girlfriend." she said taking another sip of tea(coffee)? [[What was it again??]] and waiting to see if Daniel is going to say anything.

Daniel smiled at her and finished off the last of his hot chocolate then placed it onto the table beside him. "Yeah, she is. That what i love about her, it is that i love to being the one that can be there for her and save her. No, your fine nothing about our friendship will make anything inconveniences. You are totally fine, " he smiled at her watching her drink some more of her coffee and knew what he said was a bit cocky but had nothing else to say.

Mariana put the empty cup of coffee on the table as she finished drinking it. "Well...maybe she just needs a little proof.Would you be ready to well propose her marriage. Though i don't know.You said you are not sure about anything." Mariana said in advisive tone and thinking on loud.It seemed pretty reasonable to her though maybe Daniel had different plans or ideas for his life.
