Chase spun around to look at Thomas her hand inches from her wand.
"Thomas! Oh thank Merlin!"She said a relaxed smile on her face. She
stumbled away from the girl and looked back at Thomas. A small tear
had escaped her eye and was slowly sliding down her face. Then she
realized what he had said. "Fresh meat.."She said and her look of
relief was replaced by a look of horror. She looked from the girl to
Thomas and back terrified.

When he received the look of fear from her, Thomas's heart almost melted, but he could not show it. Instead he returned an evil smile to her. "Figured it out did you?" Saying it was killing him, but he showed no signs of weakness for her. His friendship with her was now over, they were now enemies. Something he would never forgive himself for doing. "Oh, look at the terrified wittle baby! Thomas isn't the nice guy he pretended to be afterall!" He made a fake crying noise and pretended to wipe the tears from his eyes.

"Stupid foolish girl. How could you ever think a Slytherin and a Gryffindor could be friends. That day was a joke, a prank, and you were the end result of it."

Chase fell back away from Thomas tears pricking her eyes now. "But..."She whispered thinking of the paper, and the last thing they had talked about. She understood now. Then a girl walked up. Someone who was on her side! She jumped to her feet and stared at Thomas. "I thought you were my friend."She said staring at him tears starting to fall down her face. "But you're just another one of them!"She said motioning towards the other girl. She jumped and hid behind the new girl who had walked up. This was terrible, and she hadn't even grabbed her wand!

Daniel was walking around Hogwarts Ground as he casual daily walk routine. He caught two slytherin seniors pointing their wand at a little girl Chase! he thought to himself, he pulled out his wand and walked to Chase side pointing and aiming his wand at the slytherin. "Do we have a problem here, or do i have to give you two a detention" he asked, his expression dead serious and annoyed. He wore a blue buttoned shirt and dark black tight jeans.

Chase felt a scream be torn from her throat as she fell to the ground pain coursing through her body. She had never felt pain like this before in her life. She yelled out not knowing where the pain was coming from. She hadn't seen the girl turn her wand on her, she had been looking at Thomas. She felt tears fall down her face and she screamed again trying to release the pain.

Sterling had been watching the scene from afar... ever since Chase and gone off alone he had resolved to meet her while she was alone... and there were two death eaters, threatening her. His Chase. He had been sitting quietly wait for an opportune moment, but couldn't restrain himself any further. "Avada kadavra!" he bellowed impulsively as he jumped out from behind his hiding spot his wand pointed directly at Nerezza. Hate boiled within him, the longing for her to die... how dare she hurt Chase? His Chase!

Her screams filled him with an undying agony..... his pain far worse than hers cold possibly be... He felt no remorse for casting killing curse. This death eater.... was beyond worthless.

"But... but.... but.... but nothing. I am not your friend, and I never was." A look of anger flashed across his eyes. Instead of being angry at the Gryffindor, he aimed the hate he was feeling towards himself at her. He could not hate her, he never could, but he used the hate he felt for himself right now against her. He turned it around in his head to make it as if he really did hate her, then Nerezze acted extremely and hit Chase with a Crucio. His eyes widened in fear and he was about to cast a spell on Nerezza when the boy he had met in the dungeons the other day came out from nowhere and cast a killing curse.

Thomas yelled loudly and he sprinted forward and tackled Nerezza out of the way, thus ending the curse put on Chase. This was getting out of hand, and then the girl whom he had spent the best day of his life with had been hit with the crucio curse. Thomas pointed his wand in her direction and sent a spell to try and knock her back out of the fight. Then he quickly jumped up and pointed his wand at Sterling

"Expelliarmus!!" He wanted to disarm him and end this entire battle before it got started again. Drawing attention to himself like this was not good, but he had to diffuse this before it got any worse.
