Davina was already feeling terrible and Micheal's comment wasn't exactly helping her. She was holding back her tears though, she didn't want to cry. She had really messed this up. She wished she was better at relationships with people in general. She'd never felt like this before, it was confusing her so much.
Davina made herself look at Micheal. She hoped he didn't see her as that mean. As usual, she was overthinking everything. "No, of course not." she said. She would never usually run all over the castle to find anyone, let alone to be mean to them. "I just wanted to say..." she trailed off, not knowing how to put her thoughts into words. "I'm sorry I said that." she said.
"What I'm trying to say is...yes." Davina attempted, again. She hoped Micheal realised that she was saying yes to his earlier question, she really hoped she wasn't too late. She couldn't help staring at him now, however much it made her look like a freak. She was a complete mess, tears were in her eyes, but she barely noticed; her attention was on Micheal.
