"I'm from just outside London. You?" Ben told Kat, returning the question. He laughed at her trying to get under the couch. "Why are you trying to do that?" he asked her, mystified.

Ben looked over towards another girl, who introduced herself as Mariana. He turned around to face her as Kat was under the couch. "Nice to meet you". he told her, shaking her hand. "So, what are you doing?" he asked her, wondering if all Hufflepuff's were completely mad.

Ben laughed. Piper was crazy but hilarious. He couldn't help but like her. He heard Mariana suggest a party. He was up for that alright! "Yeah, party!" he agreed, grabbing a bottle of butterbeer. He never said no to a party. Ever.

As Alice came into the common room, she heard a word that was music to her ears.

"Did someone just say 'party'?!?" asked Alice jokingly. She grinned.

"You sure did!" Piper said with streamer already in her hands. Don't ask her where she got them, because she didn't even know. She started throughing them every where making a cool looking design. Then she started to dance to music that played in her head. She was tired and playing with dust bunnies. It was time to Boogy!

"Erm, Kat?" said Alice, her voice sounding muffled.

"A little help here?" Kat, not looking, while she was placing streamers, had thrown one accidentally on Alice's head. She giggled.

Piper stopped dancing for a second, then looked over at Alice. "Oh dear. Sorry I just get excited." She laughed as she removed the Streamer form Alice's head. Then she took Alice's hands and started dancing like a crazy swing dancer.
