Techinically Voldemort is. He just tranformed his skin into his personal favor so he looks a skin crawling snake.

Someone who practicaly parts his soul into 7 part cannot ever be like human.
Maybe half-human!

Voldemort is a human. By splitting ur soul into 7 doesnt change the fact that ur human. Just makes u immortal. Thats kinda like saying when ur unconcious ur not human anymore..

^Not quite immortal. You are still mortal, as you can be killed. He was close to being immortal, but not quite there.
Oh, and his Patronus wouldn't be a spider or snake. They are too nice. If it was possible, it would be a Dementor. I will look it up later, but I swear they were alive at one point. What about a Basilisk? Some snakes are nice, but they aren't. Or Acromantula, what Aragog is. They aren't very nice to anyone, Aragog was only nice to Hagrid, and all of them were horrid to everyone else.
