Since none of you bothered reading my other message...

We need to update and fix the site a bit. Anybody who wants to help, please do.

Firstly, Our admin discipline is like 0 now.. Sue just keeps leaving her site. Jess isn't coming on because of his school, which is just stupid as we all have school but for some reason he can't seem to come on. I havent been coming on but thats going to change now =D

Anywho, the activeness of our classes is also 0 now. NO ONE attends the classes. Jemma made a topic on how we should attend classes but that did absolutely nothing as no one read it. One of the admins has to manage the classes, although Jess normally does that, since he's neglecting his job, I'll do that. Im thinking of making some, idk, time table or summat.. We have to change the teachers too, perhaps make a substitute teacher as we can't blame the students for not attending classes if there are no active ones!

Layout needs to be changed a bit. IMO the index is too long and annoying. There are subforums where they don't need to be (eg: awards, since the subforums came no one posts OR votes there).

Graphics are getting kind of old, . We have a horrible background, it makes the forum look like an eyesore. The banner is awesome but the icons don't fit with anything. Maybe a less blackish theme would be good for a change..

New members, we're getting quite a few new members but no one attends them. I think the main reason is confusion, considering everything is all mashed up in the forum index. Also, not many attend them. Ive seen Zoe doing it, and Danny, but no one else.

Unrealistic RP. I TRIED to stop this, but no. 1. How the heck are students getting married? i dont get that! Mari is like 16 and she's gotten married. Whereas Nikki is 14 and she has a 1 year old baby. thats rather.. sick. and weird.

There are some other problems to fix that I can't remember.

As i've said, been waiting for a big job. I hate housekeeping, tis boring, and tiresome. But the big jobs're my speciality. Can't get enough of them. Anyhoo, I'M THE CLASSES PERSON. Darren and I just sorted that out on MSN, so i'll be doing that. And i have some big plans. Very difficult, and complicated, and annoying, but doable. AND YOU DID WHAT I SAID DARREN. YOU MADE THIS JUST BEFORE A WEEKEND, NOT ON A MONDAY. SO I HAVE ALL WEEKEND TO DO THIS. Anyhoo, i'll take over classes, and all that stuff. Mari and I're married in the future, tis confusing, but is there to stay. We could get a divorce and re-marry later on though. Lol.

Future topics are confusing, well, everyone.
How about we say if you want to have a future topic, it can be in twenty years, so 2040, and you have to mark FUTURE in the thread title. Would that help, d'you think? Thsi means they can only be married, etc. in future topics. That kind of stuff.

Yeah, classes activity is going down. Nikki is really bugging me about the classes >.<
We need to PM members and annoy them so much they'll go to class to keep us off their backs, methinks.
The timetable was a bit...it didn't work last time, but if you want to try again, don't let me stop you.

We need a new skin. Simple. I can surf hitskin and try to find a decent one. D'you think we should have new colours or keep it like blues and blacks? We should have like a few hours one day where we put a new skin on, rearrange the subforums, etc. etc. Make a new banner as well for a new skin?

Demote all.
Write a list of sections which NEED to have a mod and exactly what the mods need to do. Then let experienced members choose sections/we give them sections. PS. Zoe should have Hogwarts Express back. She was good at that.

Mariana & Zoe are good with new members. I'm alright. I think so, anyway xD. We should ALL welcome them in the Hogwarts Express and ask them to RP with us. Just like PM them asking if they want to RP or replying to them in the RP Request section, make them siggies, etc. etc. Those little things mean everything!!

You said you wanted heppy thing, that banner's definately not happy. We need a heppy one. And on MSN Darren said he'd get you to do that, the banner, theme stuff. Lol, so sucked in. Anyhoo, i made a group with every student in it. ((IT TOOK SO BLOODY LONG *Sigh*. 3 pages of people adding. *Shudders*)) So i'll PM the lot of 'em today, i didn't last night, because someone saw my bedtime was 30 mins ago and sort of went off the deep end. Ok, I don't know if this belongs in this thread but w/e.

Darren made a new ranks thread (which is awesom by the way!) buut I'm slightly confused. The Ministry has it's on catagory PLUS it's in the Fueding Forces. If I'm confused, more people will be too. We need to sort something out. 'Cause some people can work at the Ministry but be OotP/DE members too. We need a name for that Fueding Force, really. Department of Aurors doesn't really work as, well, it's an actual Department and some Aurors might be OotP/DE members too.
So yeah, that needs to be sorted out.

Also we need to promote someone to headgirl. Maybe Sophia?? Just because Nikki could replace her as a Prefect. Then again, Nikki is being a...well she is refusing to attend classes. Maybe make Mariana Head Girl and Samantha Burns Hufflepuff Prefect??

Okay I read all your posts and I am a hundred percent confused,but I'll try to sort out with numbers what you all said:

1ST:CLASSES ARE A DISASTER!All members need to be Private Messaged they will be taken their Roleplay permission anless they attend classes.I saw many classes abandoned that includes especially Divination,Astronomy and Muggle Studies.Ofcourse others are not so good either I must say.Also we need to open post for Potion teacher because Emily was absent since the time of forever.I am here to help in this matter if you need me Darren.

2ND Future topics were always here.Take Elizabeth and Sophia for the example.Sophia has 4 kids at age of 17 and I think it is ok for the FUTURE topic.Liz has 5 if I am not mistaken.I agree with Jemzy we can put FUTURE sign in tham so there is less confusion.

3RD Forum Banner looks deathly to me.I am working on new one Jess asked me too.Sue needs to appear so we can remodel the graphics.I will be glad to help her with that.I believe everything (banner,background,navigation bar,forum theme) will attract more members.No offense,but this one really looks like someone wants to comit a subbicide.

4TH Moderators do need to be demoted AGAIN.My opinion Zoe should be promoted to new Site Moderator and I don't know what for we need some more.I moderate everything I can think of and with Zoe's help it will be more than enough.

5TH AND LAST Headgirl matter.Gin is still Headgirl as far as I was informed although she said she might be leaving.It would be unfair to give my opinion Jemzy since you made me your 2nd choice so I won't interfere in your decision.Darren said girl with the most posts and that is still Gin.

btw Jemma, the ministry needs to have some workers in it. And there not all exactly aurors so its not supposed to be in the feuding forces.
