Yea, but there are more females on the site than males. But you are right we do need some for them as well.

^ True, but it's still good to have the included or at least have them so each gender can be nominated.
Like for example, the "Most Outgoing Woman," can be "Most Outgoing" so that it is more in general or add "Person" at the end, just so it's all equal and fair.

True. But the reason the Woman part was in their was because March is Woman's month. Or something like. Not sure. Mari is the one that brought that one up. I was thinking on St Pattys.
