I've re-done this. Put it into list-format. I've been thinking of calling it Feuding Forces Restrictions, maybe, as these often refer to the Feuding Forcs. It does refer to students/teachers as well, but y'know. Unless it's called "Names, Titles and Curses' maybe? Anyone?

Voldemort’s Name- Nobody says his name.
- His name is tabooed, meaning that if anyone ever says his name Death Eaters will apparate to the person that did, probably torture them, ask them why they said the name and such.
- If you are a member of the Order of the Phoenix, your character can slip up, but this means the Death Eaters are allowed to apparate to wherever you are and often take you hostage. HOWEVER, if you are an Order member and are already battling some Death Eaters or Voldemort then you can say his name as they already know exactly where you are.
- Order of the Phoenix can think his name, for example, ‘She wondered if Voldemort cared if…’ but nobody else can even think it.
- Death Eaters refer to Voldemort as ‘the Dark Lord’,‘ Master’ or anything similar which shows they look up to him as their leader.
- Everyone apart from the Death Eaters refer to him as ‘you-know-who’, ‘he-who-must-not-be-named’ or anything similar which doesn’t include his name.
- Nobody calls him by his real name. Almost nobody knows it now, and the few that do never use it.
Titles- In classes, students must call their teachers ‘miss/sir’ or ‘professor’ followed by their surname. This includes detentions.
- In classes, teachers must call their students ‘Mr./Miss’ followed by their surname. This includes detentions.
- Out of classes, students and teachers may be friends and call each other by their first name, but try to keep it realistic. Remember they are still students and teachers, with an age gap.
The Unforgivable Curses- Only the Death Eaters and Voldemort can use the Avada Kedavra curse
- The Imperius curse can be used by the Order and the Ministry only if necessary. This is usually in battle or if a Death Eater stumbles across them. The Death Eaters can use this curse as much as they like.
- The Cruciatus Curse can be used by the Order only when in battle with the Death Eaters. The Ministry can use it when they are in battle and some of the more sadistic Ministry personnel can use it in other circumstances.
Curses- Curses can be used by all Hogwarts graduates when they feel necessary. The Death Eaters will probably feel they’re necessary most of the time and the Order will probably think they’re not necessary most of the time.
- Students, except Death Eaters, generally do not use curses. If a student is in the Order or the Minstry then they can use curses in battles, but only then.
- The Morsmordre curse can only be used by Death Eaters branded with the Dark Mark. It sends the Dark Mark up into the sky. This is only used when they kill someone important. They used to use this for every kill, but now that their killings are increasing they reserve it for important killings.
*Note, a curse is a spell involving dark magic which can be fatal. It is not anything that you would learn in Hogwarts. They are taught by the Feuding Forces generally.*
