Andrew arrived not long later, and he helped Ginger and Angus both get cleaned up for the night. He carried Ginger to her room, and he checked Anise's arm. It was improving. He suggested she get a good night's sleep too, so he made sure that Anise was in bed with some pain potion so she could sleep. Then, as he was leaving, Finn came in downstairs and curled up alongside Anise as she started to doze off.
"Those girls seem to be fitting right in as if they belonged," Andrew said. "I rather did expect them to have a bit of a honeymoon period where things went well and then I expected them to be normal teenagers, but so far, that hasn't happened."
"I honestly don't know if its in them," Angus said. "They were living with Fenrir, remember? I'm certain they were taught to obey, so I don't know if normal human adolescent behavior is in their wheelhouse. Now, before I forget, Robert said you could have maybe a half a cup of coffee, but not a full one, and no breakfast until you return."
"Any idea what he has in mind?"
"Well, I could hazard a guess, but some sort of repair on your shoulder seems obvious. I presume he's planning on using the sickbay at the main house or over at the farm because they're both well equipped. Since he's coming to get you, my money is on the farm."
"Could be," Angus said. "Well, I should have asked him myself."
"It's just as well you didn't," Andrew said. "When I left to come over here, he was trying to brew himself a flu potion, and he buggared it. The house was filling up with a disgusting olive green stinky smoke when I left, and everyone was dashing to open the windows."
"I'm going next door," Edward frowned deeply.
"Why?" Angus asked.
"When a perfectionist like Robert buggars a potion, something's not right. I'm going to go give him a hand. If I get delayed, I'll see you lot in the morning." Edward left quickly to go see Robert.
"Well, since your shower is free, I'm going to go make use of it and organize my things a bit. What time are you getting up?"
"Maybe four," Angus said.
"I'll see you at four, then. If lay out your clothes, I'll help you dress, in case Ruby wants to sleep in. We won't disturb anyone."
"Good idea. Goodnight, Marcus."
"Goodnight, Roby, and goodnight Angus," Marcus said. He cast a quick spell, and Angus heard all the locks in both sides of the house clicking into place.
"Well, that's a nifty trick," Angus said. "I might have to learn that spell."
