NEW SKIN WHO DIS

Hey guys! So, as you can see we got impatient and just sorta messed with the skin until it was that color green we all discussed. It's not 100% so expect tweaks and please let us know if there are any glaring issues with accessibility or major things that turn you off. We know we can't please everybody but we want to make sure everyone feels like they'd enjoy posting on this skin at the least.

We're working on:

• Bringing tags back - they don't work on this skin yet
  
• Adding border posts
  
• Fix highlight color

ONE
Later this week I'll be opening up a separate forum for a party Margo is throwing. There will also be a forum for a DECOY party that she is kinda having Matt Lestrange host (though he doesn't quite know it's a decoy party.) So if you'd like your characters plotting to be someone that was excluded (could because you're in a position of authority like Matt or not known for being the friendliest like Alice Longbottom) you can post there too! There will be one mass thread in both forums but you can post in your own separate one offs as well.

TWO
We are discussing a "site plot" but think of it more as some "plot hooks" for your characters. It's not a site plot with a predetermined plotline or end or major hooks. It is a group of circumstances that we will sort of (loosely) moderate at first to get things going. Think of it as a Dungeon Master giving prompts. What happens next is totally up to you.

We're still fine tuning it but here are the working ideas:

• Death Eaters have begun pushing to exclude muggleborns from magical society for "safety"
  
• The idea gains traction
  
• Order vs. Death Eaters get hostile - fighting in the streets, etc
  
• (The above will be backstory, probably. What was happening this summer)
  
• The Ministry outlaws both Death Eaters AND the Order - zero tolerance
  
• Both (NPC) leaders disband the groups, wish the members luck, and tell them to affect change as individuals
  
• The Ministry announces they will be looking into the validity of the studies regarding muggleborns - seen as a step towards banning muggleborns
  
• Anti-muggle and muggleborn graffiti begin showing up in Hogwarts and magical areas - those in charge do nothing
  

So yeah! That's everything we've been working on. Let us know what you think of the content itself, as well as if you think we need a plot! We for sure don't want it any more involve than we've stated, but let us know if you'd rather just focus on subplots. The hope with this one is that it provides a backdrop and you can feel free to use it or not! If everyone uses it, hell yeah, let's escalate! If not, cool it can serve as the setting. It's truly up to all of us as a member base!

Random event idea: magical storm over Hogwarts that keeps everyone trapped inside for a week or two. Potentially affects all of magical Britain? Stir-crazy shenanigans ensue.

(And I'm all for site plots. Plots as prompts is a good approach.)
