Oh, booooo.
"Maaaat," she groaned, chasing after him. Usually when someone ran away from her, it was Johnny Murray, running to go under his covers and refuse to come out, and she'd stop him by wrapping him into a hug and making him sing along with her, screaming lyrics of old Weird Sisters songs until he mumbled along.
She caught up and jumped in his path, walking backwards in front of him. She had maybe thirty seconds before she tripped. "Look. Word's getting around about that. I'm being real with you. Yes, I have something to gain from it, but I could just offer to snog you or something in exchange for the party if I just want to manipulate you. But I'm being real. People are talking about how you, the Head Boy, got soooo serious in Duelling Club that you punched Jack Dyllan."
Her face was serious but spoke of truth. Margo wasn't always a great person, but deep down there was a heart of gold. Nosy, loud, obnoxious. But earnest. "I can have a party any time. I've got friends in Hogsmeade. But why not have one here where you can show off that you're the cool Head Boy that people can come to if they have a problem? And you won't punch them." She offered him a small smile. Only a little smirk-y.
