What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Darren came to a stop infront of the office door, waiting tentatively. He wasn't sure if the professor would be in a good mood with him, he had forgotten to come to the first class of the term, but he had a note - which he clutched in his hands - and it was better to do the homework now then come to the next class and lose a million points. raising one hand, he knocked on the door.

Darren entered the room, not really nervous. He had always managed to talk himself out of trouble, the worst possible thing that could happen was 10 points from Slytherin, which wasn't bad. It was because of him, after all, they had won the previous house cups. "Good morning professor" he said.

"Umm.. No thanks," Darren said, who preferred coffee over tea. Tea was just discusting. Stopping at his next comment, he raised his eyebrows. Hadn't he noticed he hadn't come at his first class? If he hadn't it had definately been a waste of time coming here. "Yeah.. I just came to tell you why I didn't come to your first class.."

Darren raised an eyebrow again, a teacher offering a student rum? That was.. odd. Then again, Jess was only 17, and they were both friends. "No thanks, I don't drink.." he said coolly as he passed him the note from the Hogwarts doctor. he was his friend as well, Alexi, and had wrote a note for him even though he wasn't sick.

Professor Jess didn't even look at the note, just threw it in the fire. "Now Darren, we both know you weren't sick. So, i'm just going to ignore it. You fail the NEWT, it's your own fault. Coffee?" He asked, looking back up

Darren glared at him in defiance when he threw his note in the fire, screw him. "I fail NEWT's?" Darren said incredulously. "You've missed many classes, you can't make me fail just cause I missed a class?" Scowling at him when he offered him coffee, screw that. "No 'thanks'"
