It was the morning of the Quidditch... thing. Exhibition? Demonstration? Total annihilation? Let's be fair, the professors were going up against an actual quidditch team who actually got paid to do this. They were probably going to get their arses handed to them.
Bethany looked down at her stall and wondered whether she ought to have gone easier on the theme. It was very colourful. But people liked colours, right? Except maybe Lula Hitchens' brother but everyone knew he was a psycho, so it was probably best if her stall revolted him. Bethany had a brief vision of Pavo spewing up rainbows and bit her lip to prevent a smile, even though he was nowhere around. Someone should invent a spell for that.
She'd been able to borrow one of the old fashioned chalk boards from one of the many unused classrooms in the school, so now she turned around and started writing on it. This was going to be the hard part. Two sickles was probably a reasonable price for a regular cupcake, but Bethany's rainbow cupcakes were worth a bit more, surely?
