[OPEN] First meeting

While she was going through dark hallways on her way to the Slytherin common room Irina couldn't but not to wonder what the hell is she doing?
Accepting the job as a professor was one thing, but accepting to be Head of Hose was something really bad. Especially since she was able to hear not pretty good stuff about Slytherins. And now, she is the one who is supposed to do whatever she can in order to provide them the best possible time in the school and lead them on the right path.

Finally, she said the password and entered the big room.It was like Slytherin is written all over the room. The common room is a dungeon-like room with greenish lamps and chairs. Leather sofas and armchairs were all around her but the lucky room was full of students so her meeting has a point.

"Attention please," she said with the firm voice and waited to be sure that all of them are listening.
"I'm sure you have a lot of stuff to do right now, but I felt like I need to introduce myself directly to you. My name is Irina Aldon nd as heard earlier, I'm new Head of your house and Astronomy Professor." She paused for a moment because someone said something and she wanted to be sure she has all teir attention.

"I'm not sure how was your relationship with former Head of House but I expect some things from you. First of all, I expect from all of you to be the hard worker, I know all of you are here because of big ambition and desire to be the best in the magic world, so I hope you will do the best. Do whatever you can to get points to out house and ignore everything that could lead to losing points. And more than anything, remember that I'm your friend firstly, and then professor. I'll do everything I can to help you and be there so whatever you need, so I hope we will spend some good time together." She finished.

"You can continue with whatever you were doing. I'll be here for some time so you can come and ask me if you want to know anything. I want us to be honest with each other above everything. That is the only way how we can be the best if we work together"

Clytemnestra turned back to her book wondering what on earth had possessed Professor Hayes to hire this woman. I want to be your friend? Well what if they didn't want to be friends with her?

Even Professor Ashcroft, who everyone knew was unhinged, would have been a better choice. At least her penchant for hexing students might have given certain people incentive to make better choices.

Clytemnestra glanced up again, a calculating look on her face. A month, perhaps? A month and a half? Someone was bound to start a book on when she'd leave. A month and a half, she thought, but probably only because it would take Professor Let's-Be-Friends that long to realise the house had no respect for her.

Irina felt really bad. Only because it seemed she got really bad students.
For most of them, it looked like it took big effort to even look at her while she was speaking.
Good, it looked like she would have the best time in her life.
Or probably time from the hell.
Yeah, that was correct.

She sat on the one chair and took her papers with student's names and the brief description of them.
She paused on Clytemnestra Luy. Really long and odd name.
Irina wasn't ever sure that she would be able to say her name correctly. But the most important thing was the girl seemed to be real Slytherin. Somehow, her personality was almost screaming Slytherins.

Irina wondered how in the hell she would make these students listen to her.
Maybe Keiran would allow her to use some of her techniques she learned back in Durmstrang. But even the thought of hurting the children was disgust for her. It looks she would have a lot of problems here.
