First Aneta, again
She can't be his friend, not because it's problem in him, but because she doesn't have friends, and she doesn't want them because she is against everything that could make person vulnerable
But, yet, she will be interested in him.
Mostly because he is as I can see really insecure about his moral and that is like the chest full of gold for Aneta, someone with who she can manipulate. So, that can work
Maybe I can start a thread in the office where she invites him to learn more about him if she read his file she will be really curious about him. And yet, even if she is probably Satan's daughter she can pretend to be really nice and sympathetic but please don't let that to trick you, she is pure evil
Corrine is 20 years old so they probably know each other from school, and that can be start
Whatever you need, Beatris is probably person for you. She has blind faith in her father and sees him as a role model so you can see what kind of person she is.
Aneta is like her but smarter, Aneta won't let herself to be directly connected with anything bad because of her position in the Ministry but Beatris is a different story.
She doesn't care about law, other people's feeling etc
So whatever you need, she can fit in that for sure
And Corrine is not like that, even if she is DE as well, she is still too nice for anything seriously, especially since she got child
So maybe we can start with Beatris and Aneta (her alias among DE is Carmen because you know, she cares abut everything lol)? And later if we god more ideas we can always include Corrine
