New Guy

Hey guys, I have a new character. Caleb is 25, Auror, Death Eater, thinks he's pretty much hot shit. Looking for anything - work mates, ladies for him to pester, a best mate, fellow Death Eaters, fellow purebloods, etc.

You right.

Just me or does it seem that Caleb and Mesut would have one of those semi-vapid, bound-by-circumstances friendship. Like, at pureblood soirees, they would laze about and joke, checking out ladies, complaining about parents in that vague "ooooooh isn't that irrrrrritating" way. The sort who go and get drinks regularly but have probably never talked about how they actually feel about things.

That also changes a lot of what we talked about Caleb/Kit style. Because that right there is a friend's sister.

True. But would she care, at that point?

And yeah, I think he fakes it at the parties and only sees other DE sorts when he has to. So if he runs into Caleb he'll be like "right, hi" and chat but wouldn't ask him for a bros night out or anything. Then again, with the whole crap fiancee thing, he might be more willing to do something absolutely stupid if Caleb suggested it.

And certainly. Caleb is pretty pack-mentality-esque, so he likes his fellow pureblooded young men and would probably ignore/forgive the fact that Mes wasn't that into it. I'm actually thinking of a guy's trip kind of thing - the young male purebloods hanging out on a lake.

@Khaat - Caleb's been apart of the Death Eaters for awhile, but I'm sure he'd love any chance to schmooze the boss.

Omg yes. The lake. We can discover how they either hide it from Luke or deal with him. But yeah, that's true. I mean, it doesn't mean she won't consider it. And probably voice that eventually. Which will either be hilarious or suuuper awkward.
