Scorpius looked up again as someone came in, but instead of mocking him like he usually did to people, he retreated. Ne'os was a death Eater and Scoprius frankly was frightened of him. He had never met somoene so evil.

Albus snarled as the book hit his head and fell too the floor. He drew out his wand, he wasn't going to let Scorpius bully him. To his surprise though, scorpius didn't draw his but retreated when Ne'os came in. Confused, he picked up his book and began reading again as if nothing had happened.

Scorpius scowled as he saw Ne'os' expression then decided to ignore him. "So Albus," he said, going back to annoying him. "Hows your dad?"

Scorpius glared at Albus, then at his prefect badge pinned on his robes. "When since have you been a prefect?" he asked.

Albus looked at Ne'os, surprised, he didn't know Ne;os that well so it was unusal for him to take his side. Turning back to Scorpius he said, "I was made one yesterday," slightly defensively.
