The wizarding world would probably work best with Dimitri and Benjamin.
With Sebastien I have no idea also. Maybe somewhere in Diagon Alley

Hayley is someone who can be found in unusual places. I guess she'll be seeking around, searching for someone. She might get lost and then she bumps into him? Or he can lost sight of his son somewhere in the Diagon Alley and she may find him and helped him find his dad?
