Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

In Need of Threads Li9olo10

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

In Need of Threads Empty In Need of Threads

Post by Khaat Lupin Fri May 29, 2015 9:47 pm

Hey, Y'All!

Looking for lots of threads.  I'm sorta grounded to the couch for awhile b/c I've buggared up my leg. Sprained my knee and my ankle, tore some ligaments in my foot and my calf.....sorta want to put my leg on a shelf and come back and get it later, ya know? Anyway, by the time I get home from work, I can't walk on it anymore.  So I'm asking to be barraged with threads.

Here's the short list of the toys in my toybox:

Khaat Lupin--director of St Mungos, daughter of Robert Lupin, healer, seer
Brian Quinn--auror, healer, husband of Khaat
Robert Lupin--healer, potionsmaster, father of Khaat, minister of magic
Kate Lupin--seer, wife of Robert, mother of Khaat, artist
Abbey Lupin--future character--Khaat's daughter--seer, animagus
Angus Donohue--fighter, ex-auror, executive level chef, caretaker of Lupin estate
Edward Donohue--retired, authority on werewolves, ex-werewolf slayer
James Blood--werewolf and general all around bad egg
Fenrir Greyback--old werewolf, bad egg
Gideon Pierce--even more of a bad egg, studies dark arts--particularly elemental magic
Marcus Belby--Khaat's bodyguard, father of Poppy Levski, sometimes-significant-other for Ana Levski
Michael Tremaine--retired catburglar, Unspeakable, best friend of Robert Lupin
Lorcan D'Eath--owner of former Malfoy Manor (now D'Eath Manor), potions master, "businessman", metamorph
Zada Forbes-D'Eath--wife of Lorcan, mercenary/assassin, potionsmaster
Andrew Diamond--Gryffindor--just finished 5th yr.  Excels in pickpocketting, thievery, etc.
Poppy Levski--Hufflepuff--seer, just finished her first year at Hogwarts, daughter of Ana Levski and Marcus Belby
Lee Shepherd--leader of the American magical world--(Robert's American counterpart), fighter
Robert Cooper--Unspeakable, espionage specialist, metamorph, father of Hallie Cooper, former husband of Amelia Cooper

I neeeeed to write!  Toss me your thread ideas!!

In Need of Threads Empty Re: In Need of Threads

Poppy could have thread with my soon to be Second year girl Ciara McGee. Ciara is hufflepuff too so they can know each others already, at least have seen each others around in common room. They might not be good friends yet. Maybe they end up going some time to Digaon Alley or meet somewhere else. End up talking or what ever you are you are up to.

With others i'm not sure yet.

sounds like a good idea.  poppy could use friends.  we could do any number of places.  since they're both young, i presume they'd have an adult with them--or nearby.  i doubt at age 11 or 12 that they'd be there totally on their own.  we could certainly do diagon alley if you like. sounds like fun! i could start something if you like.

Jack--yes, we do need to get wendy started with the nanny-ing.

Selwyn--healers for Shylock--sounds fine!  I've got two employed healers and one unemployed.  Khaat--typically has better bedside manner than her father.  Robert--usually much more direct and unemotional.  Brian--the unemployed guy who is sort of the middle ground between Khaat and Robert.

Might be interesting to see what Robert would do with that.  Khaat would probably be a little too transparent. I don't know that I've let Robert loose on any passive aggressive stuff.  Might be fun.
