Hogsmeade. ..
A place where Hogwarts students can be free and don't have a care in the world, and the place an adult could be a kid again. Hogsmeade was a popular place for the wizarding world, it was packed no matter what time of the year it was. Walking pass the small shops filled with witches and wizards buying things from Candy to butterbeer and kids trying out the latest candy. Chuckling Sophia shook her head at them before passing by. Sophia knew that it was going to be more packed seeing how it was close to Christmas time.
Walking down the crowded street of Hogsmeade, Sophia's stomach started growling as she chuckled. Seeing The three broomsticks not to far from her, she smiled before shifting her supplies underneath her arm. Walking into the three broomsticks, Sophia smiled as she seen nothing has changed. Sophia looked around seeing if anyone familiar was there. Not seeing anyone, she was seated herself in a booth by the window before the waitress came over and asked what she wanted. Ordering butterbeer and a bacon cheeseburger and fries, Sophia placed her stuff in the booth beside her before taking out a book and started reading.
Sophia was slowly starting to get back to her old ways, after helping Maura, she realized how much she was needed. If it wasn't for Sam her best friend helping her, Sophia doubt that she wouldn't be in her right mind for anything. But Sophia was slowly starting to believe in things again, but she was still really didn't believe in true love and all that crap. Ok.. so it can happen, but as for it happening to her, she simply didn't believe it. Besides, she didn't have time to be or fall in love with anyone, she was to much of a busy girl.
Snapping back into reality as her food was placed in front of her, Sophia gave her a soft warm smile. " Thank you so much!"said Sophia softly as she closed her book setting it beside her before diving into her plate. Sophia been asked why she was alone and single, well... Sophia was just afraid of love in all honesty. She's afraid to love due to getting hurt again, basically everyone she loved ran off or died so Sophia gave up on trying. That was one of the reasons she never believe that she'll find love herself ever again.
Pushing the thought out of her head, Sophia picked up her book once again and attempted to read it once again. So many other things were clouding her mind making her groan in defeat. Shaking her head, Sophia sighed and closed her book once again as deep thoughts overcame her. The idea of drowning them out by reading seemed point less, she needed to write them down or talk to someone. Digging in her bag for her journal/songbook Sophia took it out before writing in it as she ate.
Words slowly started coming out like a river of ink flying across the parchment of her journal as she wrote. Sophia didn't know she kept some much bottled up inside her until she seen what she wrote. She guessed writing down your feelings really did work at times. It was one of the main reasons why Sophia kept her beloved songbook/journal close to her. It contained a lot of things that Sophia didn't want to share with others. Sometimes deep thoughts were deadly, but if kept to yourself even more deadlier.
