GENERAL APPEARANCE: Pepper has very wild hair, unable to be tamed by any brush known to man it can take several bottles of Sleekeze in order to get it under control for special events. Her complexion is pale, and at this point she has yet to encounter the dreaded hormone explosion which induces spots - so her skin is scar free. Fortunately Pepper's eyesight is very good, and she has no need to wear glasses. Not very physically strong, Pepper is considered gangly by those who know her, her body being very thin and bony.

GOALS:
Pepper aims to look into becoming a wand maker when she has finished schooling at Hogwarts, but like any young child that goal is subject to change. At the minute her schooling is her main focus and she wishes to gain a pass mark of Exceeds Expectations or above in each exam, as well as the approval of her professors.
HABITS & QUIRKS:
Can often be found wringing her hands, or rubbing her arms when speaking to someone - even with someone she has known for a while. Pepper often keeps personal opinions to herself also, unless she feels comfortable with the person she is conversing with. On the brighter side, she can always be found to have an owl on her person be it fake nails away from Hogwarts, or a sticker on her textbooks.
BOGGART:
Pepper's greatest fear lies in social situations, being stuck in an enclosed space with a person with whom she has personal problems would be a big fear of hers. Perhaps the worst fear of hers, and the form her boggart would take, is a professor she just so happened to get on the bad side of - authority figures terrify her.
PATRONUS:
Her best, and favourite memory is the first time she ventured into Flourish and Blotts with the money her parents had given her for her 10th birthday. It was the first time she had spent a day in the bookshop, simply looking over all the titles without having a time limit imposed upon her and enjoying being surrounded by the musky smell of the dry pages. The sense of love from sharing this all with her mother and father still makes her feel the warm fuzzies.
DEMENTOR:
While she was attending muggle primary school Pepper accidentally turned a girls hair bright green after she commented on the 'horrible bogey colour' of Peppers new coat. Needless to say, although the initial outcome was hilarious the punishment, and shouting match about responsibility which followed from her parents was not enjoyable in the least. It was the first real occasion that her parents had to discipline her, and as she failed to see her wrongdoing it was a long affair.
VERITASERUM:
One time Pepper broke her mothers favourite fish ornament, by bumping into the shelf as she passed with her rather bulky new vanity table. She quickly found the super glue and stuck the broken head back on, as far as she's aware nothing ever happened.
MIRROR OF ERISED:
Pepper's greatest desire is to become well known in the wizard community, and despite her social awkwardness this passion can push her beyond that even at this early stage of her life. One day she hopes to own a wand shop that will challenge Ollivanders' in business, and will show off her skills to the entire wizarding community.
PERSONALITY:
Pepper is very withdrawn when you first encounter her, and this can be seen as her being stuck up or unpleasant, this is not the case at all. Much like a spider, she is more afraid of you than you are of her - perseverance is the key and over time she will find herself opening up more to her friends. Inside she is a passionate person with a desire to succeed in school and a need to prove herself to her family, professors and friends. Overall Pepper can be very pleasant when her friends and people she respects are concerned, however, anyone who crosses her or her friends will have to suffer her passive aggressive wrath from across the room and watch as she silently undermines any class projects they may share together.

EARLY YEARS:
Pepper began her magical journey when she was aged 9, her first act of accidental magic occurred when she found herself slamming the door in anger on her fathers nose - from halfway across the room. From then on she began to get more and more excited each month with the prospect of actually being able to go to Hogwarts - it had always been a worry of hers that for some reason she wouldn't be magical like her father was. Both her mother and father were very open about magic with Pepper from an early age, not wanting to hide part of her away - it would only create problems when her first accidental magic actually occurred.
In terms of her family, Pepper has been very lucky, her parents married and that marriage is staying strong and being an only child has meant that she has the sole attention and affections of extended family members including her Grandma and Uncle. This may have made her slightly spoilt but, only ever so slightly.
HOGWARTS YEARS:
Pepper is going to start her first year at Hogwarts this year, and hopes that she will be able to bring pride to herself and her family name.

RP EXPERIENCE:I have had a few years role play experience, I admined a site for a period of two years before taking some time out to focus on studies. Now I am hoping to start up again as part of a different community, to continue role playing without having to focus myself on developing and having to maintain a site as well.

MAIN CHARACTER:Pepper Brooks
CHARACTER PURPOSE:To get me back into role playing, and to experience the Hogwarts education system from the start, right to the finish in order to create a dynamic growing character with the events on the site and personal plots.
RP SAMPLE:Pepper cast her gaze around the bustling book store, it was pretty close to the beginning of term at Hogwarts, and so it made sense that Flourish and Blotts was a lot busier than she would like it to be. Everybody was here attempting to fight through the masses to get the school text books that they need before they must board the Hogwarts Express, fortunately for her, Pepper's parents had insisted that they go shopping a good month before in order to beat the rush. The only reason why she's here at the moment is to search for that new novel she had been eyeing up from her last trip. Pepper had pleaded with her parents to allow her to return to Diagon Alley as soon as she had saved enough pocket money and today was the day that she had finally gotten the seven sickles she needed to purchase the rather weighty book. It is her plan to read it on the Express next week.
