Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Why did she even expect that her plan would work? Out of a hope she might survive tonight? Perhaps so. She continued to run whatsoever. Amber did not want to die that young, nor did she want to die as a breakfast for a vampire and she added more speed, begging her legs to move as fast as they could. But, as a human, her body was slowly growing tired. It appeared that the more she wished to escape, the more her own body began realizing that there was no use in running.

And then the rain. Although it was only refreshing to some extent, it sure had its tolls on the poor girl. Her mascara was washing off, leaving thin black trails on her cheeks. She wanted to cry and scream, but most of all – she wanted to fight and prove her worth. Em'Os killed many people before, but she wanted to make sure that she would put down a good show before going down.

And to do that, one had to provoke the other. She did not stop running, but instead of screaming when the lamp exploded, the girl snarled:”A vampire using such childish tricks?” as she ran further. Heavy rain was making it harder to run, but she managed to do so for a while.

The child was running from him still. Smart. If only so many others had run instead of stand paralyzed in fear as his eyes turned black and his fangs appeared. Still he tired of the game rather quickly. He knew if he did not stop the act soon he would be in for more than he bargained for.

no one was outside at the point,no doubt hiding and drying off from the storm. He used this for his advantage. He would make a very direct attack. He apparated again this time a dozen meters in front of the girl.

Raising his wand at the girl he said "Crucio." He hoped she would not have time to dodge the attack. He was hungry, but now he wanted to know the girl who had the ability to run not only at the dark wizard but to run to what she presumed was saftey.

Amber did not expect to reach safety. She knew well enough that there was no escaping from a vampire, especially a hungry one who had already chosen its prey. Regardless, she kept running for it was only a human surviving instict that made her do so. She did not want to die, although with her looks one would only thing she desired and honored death more than anything.

When she heard him yelling out the curse, Amber was not fast enough to jump away or block the curse anyhow. It hit her straight in the back, sending girl flying towards the ground and rolling away from the road as she screamed from paralizing pain. The Ravenclaw tried to pull herself up, but her hands and legs were too shaky to do so.

She gasped for her breath as she turned around and faced the vampire. With her teeth gritted and bared, the girl chose to fight still.

With all the strenght her weak body possessed, Amber tried to get up once more, but the pain was too big to ignore. All she could do was to get on her knees and beg pray she would not fall back down.

Terrified, angry and frustrated because her life was about to end this way, Amber looked up at the man closing up to her now.
