Jump On

So, here appears to be the dilemma.  Folks want to get onboard with site plot but have troubles.

It might be that you're not sure, exactly where the plot action is at.  Or--you're not sure if you have a character that fits.  Or--you simply don't know how to find a good way to leap into the action.

Well, here's the place.  Leave us a post, and we'll be happy to give you all sorts of ideas or help so that you can get into the action.   We want everyone to feel like they can be onboard with the site plot if they want to be.  

So let us hear from you!

Cecilie Montez or Jessica Wendorf could be part of side plots but yeah I'm not sure how.

I'm going to throw a few characters out there!

Alexander Nott
Employee in the being division, meaning he'll no doubt have some sort of work related to werewolves whether it be enforcing new restrictions or something Blood Pack related? I don't mind what he does but figured it ties in nicely with the werewolf shenanigans. Alternatively he would be liaising with goblins so if the rouge pack decide to start apreading fear and attemlt a gringotts break in I guess Alexander could fit in there somewhere?

Mary Mist:
The prophecy idea we discussed maybe?

Bertie Nogard: (maybe Anastasia Nott too)
Taken by werewolves and held hostage among other children in exchange for Khaat? Then have one placed under the imperious curse to help them enter Hogwarts when it opens in September?

Pansy Parkinson-Nott:
Anything where her infamous quill could come in handy. She also has an invisibility cloak that could come in useful for snooping around in the deputy ministers office as she has a suspicion Gideon is involved in the forgery - im fine with her getting caught or being sent to Azkaban for writing too anti-estabblishment or snooping?

Just a few ideas!!

I'm willing and ready to include all of my characters in the plot, I have a few suggestions, though ideas are welcome since I haven't really thought this through.

Mariana Diggory,
She is a nurse, I have no idea how to directly include her in the plot apart if I do it through you K. Even without the direct involvement in the plot, she can always tend to those who survive werewolf attacks or rather help anyone who tends to the victims (though from what you told me, those aren't so numerous). Mari is also Order member, but I am not sure how is OotP involved in the plot.

Gabrielle Delacour
We can include her in the plot more directly. She is a skilled fighter, former Auror and works at the ministry and I wouldn't mind involving her in a fight or in a rescue mission if you need one, or in sending Blood's followers to Azkaban. She can be equally effective in either of this activities.

Lilyana Volkova (once she is approved)
She is too young to enter any direct confrontation. She is (will be) a Dark Follower, and supporter of Death Eaters, but she is not Blood's follower. I plan to make her very influental among students, maybe even leader of DF if opportunity arises, but again I don't know how to directly or indirectly include her anywhere..

I am also willing to give up my characters to the plot! Amber Lockwood and Miseria Lupin

Amber Lockwood is a Ravenclaw student who wants to become either a healer or an auror. She knows a bit about both and is also a good fighter, not the one who would give up easily.

And Miseria, well you know her. Your typical never-give-up person. She is a member of the Order so including her would be easier I suppose, however I would like to get Amber more into action. She is a new character after all.

I'm going to PM a couple of you some ideas so we can go over some characters specifically

I wish to include Nymeria in the plot, too, if I'm not too late, but I have no idea how to do so. She just moved from France, she's new member of the Order, works in the Ministry, somewhat naive and a little too trusting. And well she is rather new (and my only) character, so she is like a blank piece of paper and I would do pretty much everything with her, except of killing her but I don't mind if she is human/vampire/were/half-dolphin etc.   

I'd like to get Nym involved in some Unspeakable business. Jack and Fred have a few tasks going currently that she could jump onto.
