Hello.
This group is created to gather members who have demonstrated initiative and responsibility, traits we here at PA seek in our members, and provide them with a private, efficient means to organise site matters. By taking upon yourselves roles of IC importance, such as ministerial positions and faction positions, you automatically gain membership in a group like this.
The purpose of this group, and this forum, is to give a greater voice that is necessary for you, the IC heads of the site, to coordinate and organise site events, plots and general goings-on. Rather than have the admins control everything that happens, whether we know what we're doing or not, we'd rather see you, those who have a vested interest in the affairs of your respective roles, plan it out for yourself. Of course, the admins will have a voice here as well, as will the mods, however if a decision is made we will do our best to facilitate it for you - be it through mass PMs, or creating forums for you, whatever is needed on an administrative side to sort things out.
As always, as a member of this site, if you have any OOC gripes or comments to be made to the admins, send a PM to either myself or any of the other administrators, however the primary purpose of this forum, as already stated is to promote IC development of the factions.
So, in short, what we want from this group is to see IC planning take place between heads of groups for PA's development, in the interest of giving you, the members, more of a voice and responsibility than you have had in the past. If you are not willing to put in the effort to further develop your own group, as is required by the role you have undertaken, there is a strong chance we will deem you unsuitable to maintain the role you hold, as this is a much a part of the job as chairing meetings and posting IC.
We hope to see this project work well, and we hope that you all enjoy it. If you have any questions about this group, please be encouraged to post questions here, and myself, or any of the other admins, will be happy to help you.
