Going Poof

I am getting on a plane in a few hours to be with Bastian and the rest of my family during this time and I might not be on for few days. If anyone needs to reach me Jack and Chase have my skype. I want to be with my sisters who took me in when I had no family near me while they go through this horrible time.

Completely understandable. We can't expect you to stick around when something like this has happened. They need you, and as much as we'll miss you, it's better that you're with them. It's important that you be there where you can hopefully do them some good.
Be safe, and we'll keep all of y'all in our thoughts.

I will be checking in periodically this morning since I'll have a few layovers. But I will definitely send y'alls live to Bastian when I get there. This southern belle is headed to the big apple in a few to catch a flight.

Sorry for the double post I'm just letting everyone know I am back now. Wished I could have stayed longer but I left Bastian with yummy peach cobbler before I left.

Sorry for the double post but I might be going poof again. Long story short my mother in law thought it would be a funny idea to use me and my husband as a joke to advertise her car for sell on craigslist. It is making the news and radio down there and the radio up here now apparently too. I'm having to read a lot of things about what a horrible person I am on social media sites and being told I can't respond to it or admit to anything. I probably will still be on here but I might not. Just depends. Having long heart to hearts with some close friends right now about it because honestly I just want to curl up in a ball and die. I've spent most of my life being bullied and it wasn't until I got out of high school that I figured out how to fight back and people are trying to take that away from me.

Absolutely no one on this site will hold anything against you, if you're not around, Christy. We can't help what other people do to us or say to us, and you're definitely not an exception to that. Just know that if you do decide to pop in, this place should feel like a safe zone for you, not an obligation or another place to be uncomfortable. If you need anything, you're more than welcome to shoot me a PM.

Update on what's going on. I have completely stayed away from any and all social media today. Can't deal with it. Jake and I had a huge blow up because of things that I'm being called could cause me to never be able to become a teacher if it comes out that it was me in that story and no one is sorry about it at all. I feel like I'm going crazy!

Your worry makes sense, but it's like I told you: we can't help the actions of others, or what others say about us. My advice to you is just to trust that it will pass. People forget about online things more quickly than it seems. It may not mean much, but no one I know has heard about it at all. So your fate is not sealed.

I think the hardest part about it is my husband won't stop looking it up back home. Even his manager at work and one of my friends heard about it on the radio yesterday and were asking us about it because they knew the story and so now its me trying to get him to stop looking at all the comments. I've come to the conclusion that people get very brave and mouthy when they can hide behind a keyboard and have the anonymity of the internet on their side. I just want to honestly forget about it for a while and get back to rp and more than likely just throw myself into that for a few days.
